Completely renovated, this accommodation is quick to access the Nantes-Brest Canal (100 m). The location lends itself to walking or biking. Close to Lake Guerlédan. Located 8 km from Pontivy, Cléguérec or Mûr de Bretagne which offer all shops, health services, cultural and leisure activities. On reservation (to be paid on site): sheets (€5), towels (€3), baby equipment. The night at €70 for up to 4 people, €10 extra from the 5th person, limited to 10 people.

By car you are 12 km from Mûr de Bretagne, 30 km from Pontivy and 55 km from Saint Brieuc.

Fully renovated 60 m² cottage. It consists of a living room that opens onto the kitchen, two bedrooms (one of which is the master bedroom), a bathroom and a separate toilet. The accommodation offers free Wi-Fi and has a flat-screen TV with access to YouTube, radio and Netflix with your personal access code. Kitchen is new and fully equipped. The Spa is available all year round both day and night. Electricity is included in the price of the stay.

My accommodation is close to the countryside. You will appreciate its calmness. It is perfect for couples, business travellers, workers and families (with children). Outdoor games are available for children: trampoline, swing, table tennis table, bowling alley. Pets are allowed, and there is a large, fully enclosed garden (about 100 square metres). The house is fully equipped for cooking, plus there is a raclette set, a plancha and a fondue set.

The second accommodation of all the Botplançon cottages, the Rézé cottage is distinguished by a beautiful living room whose glass door opens onto a private terrace overlooking the surrounding countryside, without neighbors. It can accommodate up to 3 people using the sofa bed. The kitchen bar is well equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, kettle, toaster...).
