The Jolly Badger is a generously sized room with a king size bed, the ensuite bathroom is fitted with a shower over the bath. The bedroom has a television, WiFi, tea and coffee making facilities and a seating area . You will find a variety of teas and coffees in your room. A breakfast comprising of fruit, yoghurt, pastries, cereal/porridge and fruit juice which will be delivered to your room in the morning. Cooked breakfasts and packed lunches are also available on request for a small fee.

PLEASE READ THE HOUSE RULES IF YOU ARE BRINGING A PET. It is self-contained with its own entrance and consists of one ground floor, en-suite bedroom, a private snug/ dining area and a patio area with garden. There is off road parking next to the accommodation on the gated driveway.

A selection of breakfast choices will be left in the studio for you to help yourselves to what you like when it suits you.

This ground floor room at Elm Tree Farm is situated at the rear of the house. There is a beautiful, brand new en-suite shower room with overhead spray, wash hand basin and toilet. Twin en suite Room - Room only

This first floor room at Elm Tree Farm faces south over the garden. The en suite has a small bath with shower above, wash hand basin and toilet. Breakfast is available at an extra charge of £10 per person. This is bookable in advance through direct contact with Gina prior to the stay.
