Great stay! Very clean,comfortable,cozy and the AC came in clutch at the right times! In walking distance to beach, breakfast,lunch, and dinner! We had the best time and highly recommend! We hope to visit IRB again! ❤️

Jaclyn was so helpful and flexible with check in and check out. The hosts thought of everything for a good beach day so it was helpful to have what you needed. The rooms were great and the location was perfect! We really appreciated the whole stay.

Great place to stay if you are heading to a BAESBALL game or an EVENT at RAYMOND JAMES STADIUM ! This is the PERFECT spot ! An easy walk

No need to continue looking. This is the best place to stay on the island. Love the location for walking to restaraunts / shops. Fishing from docks a walk away. Enjoyed playing pickle ball and roof top R&R. If you get a chance, grab some freshly filleted Grouper or Mahi back by the bay at Frenchy's Seafood Market to cook up. Kayak rentals nearby.

This is the 2nd time my family has stayed here! The view, location, and amount of space is fantastic for our family of 6. Also appreciate the fast responses to any questions. As a bonus, the Candy Kitchen across the street was a favorite visit spot for the kids. Thanks again for a great stay!

We were there to meet/visit with family that own in Redington so this place was everything that we needed for our stay. The environment was very neighborly. close walk to ocean access and lots of amenities/restaurants etc. also the price is very reasonable for the location in my opinion. We have no complaints.

What a beautiful place to stay. We walked to the beach and restaurants daily. The pool was warm and relaxing. The views from the balconies and the rooftop were absolutely stunning. We loved looking at the bay every morning while having our coffee. The bedrooms and the beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean, and had everything you needed. Even box fans for the bedrooms. We are fan people and need them to sleep! It was great! The game room and the bedroom on the first floor were absolutely a lifesaver for my daughter and son in law with their infant. It gave them a quiet place away from the other family memebers. She didnt have to worry about baby crying waking up anyone else in the house or vise versa. Us waking baby. They had their own family space. They also had a highchair and pack and play! Awesome! The elevator helped tremendously for me with a bad back, and moving luggage to rooms. If you're traveling as a family ir group, this is the spot to choose!! Thanks for a great stay!

Amazing location! Walkable to shops and restaurants. Beach is only steps away. The a/c was not working when we arrived but Ricardo had it fixed within hours of our check in. We would stay again for a weekend away.

This property is fantastic. Manatees visited the waters every morning. We had the privilege of enjoying them from the balconies. There are two in front of the house and two in back. The binder contained valuable location and neighborhood information. It was a bit further than we anticipated from Tampa but it is a reasonable distance and central to several of Florida's best beaches. We had an early 5am flight to leave and did not anticipate time for light cleaning prior to departure. Encouraged by the host for a glowing review. The host does not ask for anything difficult, just be aware and prepare ahead. We just assumed it was included in the rental agreement for cleaning. It is approximately 45-60 min to Tampa International. I suggest renting a car, an Uber back and forth will cost just as much. You will then have the freedom to leave the area and explore. We explored Clearwater, St Pete's, and Tampa Bay so did not utilize the amenities on site but the grounds are beautiful.

This was the perfect place for our family to meet up for a holiday beach weekend, the walk to the public beach was convenient. It had everything we were looking for!

Beautiful place to stay in a perfect location in Clearwater! Very walkable to lots of restaurants and beach stores. With young kids we did have to drive to the beach, but it was easy and quick. It is also a great place to hang out and play by the water or the pool. They have a ton of beach toys and accessories that really helped us have an amazing time. The only (very small) downsides are that we were counting on being able to grill, not realizing they were shared property grills and we could not get them to work even after getting help from the staff. Also, one of the bedrooms is RIGHT off the kitchen with a frosted window on the door, so don't stick anyone in there that is light or noise sensitive! All in all we had such an amazing time and created wonderful memories for our family.

We were only there for the weekend, but would definitely love to be able to go back for a longer stay! Great place and Janelle made it extremely easy for us! Would definitely recommend!

Spacious and clean! The home is in a quiet neighborhood at the end of the street up against the canal. The kitchen was stocked with most everything we needed. The bedrooms are clean and were stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash which was appreciated. They had a pack and play which was definitely needed for our little toddler. Steve was very communicative and helpful. The home was also stocked with all the beach things you need. Close to awesome restaurants and walkable to the beach. We had an amazing Memorial Day weekend in IRB!

Beautiful condo. Super comfy beds, washer and dryer worked well, nice area to walk and enjoy the outdoors.

Our family had a great experience staying here! The pool was fantastic and the fishing pier was really cool—we saw manatees, stingrays, and several fish swimming and jumping right off the dock. The condo was spacious for my husband, our two kids, and in-laws. Very clean, comfortable, and well kept! We loved how close of a walk it was to the beach and how laid back the beach area was. It was also a quick drive up to Clearwater Beach and down to St. Pete! We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for the great experience Jennifer!

Let me start by saying thank you… My family enjoyed our stay so much that off we didn’t have to return to work we would have extended for sure!!!! The house was clean the set up was nice it was just as described. The shower in the master bedroom was my favorite part of the house 😂. We will definitely be booking again when I go on vacation

Just got home from a week’s stay and this place was perfect. The rooftop was amazing and everything so clean. This was our first family vacation with our grand baby and we made lots of memories. Everything we needed was supplied and then some. My son loved the bikes and we were walking distance from everything (wagons and towels, umbrellas and beach chairs were provided also which was great. We are already talking about coming back! Any questions I had were answered right away. Would highly recommend this place to anyone!!!

Rosaily is very supportive, welcoming, and responsive. I had to stay overnight for business matters and had to shortly book for a staying. However, she accepts and responds promptly, while also inviting me to a dinner with her family. Check-in and check-out were no hassle, while staying in was quiet and private. The space was generous for a staying of 2-3 people, which was close to the local attractions and business. This is a good deal!

My second booking @ Angelique’s place was over a year after the first, only because it wasn’t available for my other work trip dates. She’s invested in improvements and her place was already one of my favorites. Love the location for morning/evening walks and how close it is to downtown Safety Harbor/Main Street - lots of great restaurants and fun shops. She’s a very responsive and caring host. I’ll be checking availability of her property for future business trips! Thank you

Juan was an excellent host! He was proactive with communicating and thorough with check-in/out instructions. The unit was clean and had all the necessary amenities one would expect when staying in an Airbnb. We appreciated having the third bed, as it was a major factor for us choosing this location. Additionally, the unit is close to everything—shops, a park, gas stations, a short drive to the beach. Its proximity to Busch Gardens, which was a 10 minute walk away, and it saved us so much $$ on parking! :-) Overall, it was a great stay and we hope to return next time we come to Tampa. Thank you for everything!
