Beachfront holiday rental in Clearwater Beach

Great host. Very responsive and accommodative of modified check out times as possible. Host also provided wagon, toys, umbrella and beach chairs (availability is on a first-come-first-take basis between other guests in the other rentals on the same property, of course). But we could find everything we needed and it was super helpful that these were available! This particular unit is a studio. Something about the photos made it seem larger than it actually was to us. But it does not lack much in amenities aside from a closed bathroom with a door (currently, the bathroom is sectioned with a curtain and there is no separate bathroom ventilation). But the place was well worth the money for us, for the facilities provided by the host and the walkable location to the beach!

Todd’s place is beautiful! Included more things than most we have stayed in like coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, good beach chairs and wagon ! Lots of nice bath towels. Great location on the beach and nice big garage. The one thing that we noticed is the very low water flow in the showers making rinsing soap off a long process.

My husband and I needed a little staycation after a stressful few months. The little apartment at the beach was perfect. The location was beautiful despite the fact that the area is still recovering from a few hurricanes last year. The host was also very helpful and gave some great recommendations. The only negative thing that I can say is that my stay was too short. I look forward to staying there again.

What a treasure!! Though small, it completely met our needs. Was clean and homey. Ideal location between downtown Saint Pete and the beaches. Loved the view of the water from the balcony. Kids loved the pool.

This was our second stay in the same unit and it was just as great as the first time. The condo is clean, well furnished, and comfy. The location is fantastic (great beach access) and the pool is great fun with the kids. Mike and Alex are great hosts- very responsive, friendly and accommodating. We are so glad that we found this spot! We look forward to visiting again!

My family and I had an amazing getaway trip here. We had spent a lot of time working hard for this trip; and it sure paid off. The location was beautiful, just down the road (within walking distance) from John’s Pass, Very close to the beach, beautiful views. The Airbnb itself had everything you could possibly need, very clean, and cozy. The hosts were very communicative, and instructions were very clear. We had a 10 month old with us and it was also very accessible for that. Overall would 10/10 recommend this location to anyone looking for a peaceful, fun, and great experience/location for Florida. The Sea Breeze was perfect! A short walk to the beach and away from the touristy parts of St. Pete. The bed was very comfortable and Lisa even provided a complimentary bottle of wine. My husband and I wish we could have stayed longer!

Gorgeous views, clean and nicely decorated condo with space for 7 people. Enjoyed meals on the balcony and alternating between the beach and pool. quiet condo complex. would stay again!

This place is absolutely beautiful! This is the second time we’ve stayed and we will be back again !

We really enjoyed relaxing by the pool and having the Big Bamboo bar / restaurant on the premises made it so convenient. The bed was comfortable and shower pressure good. We also appreciated the coffee bar.

This is the perfect location!! Larry and Bibisch did an amazing job with the property and we're so accommodating and friendly. My girlfriend and I definitely plan to stay at this location the next time we are in clearwater.

This condo was great! It was well equipped, clean, and a great location (close to the beach and nearby restaurants and attractions). Jason’s communication was great as well. We highly recommend a stay here!

Due to the hurricanes there was still some work going on at the Condo and on the beach. We completely understood and knew this might be the case coming in. Our goal was to relax and unwind and that is what we did! We loved the location - the ocean view from the deck and the short walk to the beach. The bed was relatively comfortable - not too hard. There were plenty of things in the kitchen to make using it easy. We walked and hung out on the beach a lot which was our plan. The pool is small but was nice. There are restaurants and stores within relatively close driving distance. When we had a question everyone was quick to get back to us. Overall a truly wonderful experience!

We absolutely loved this space! We do an annual girls trip to Florida and we were so incredibly happy with the house, layout, amenities, cleanliness and location. Instructions were clear and posting is exactly as described. Can walk to everything in Clearwater from here. We cannot wait to go back!!

The house is beautiful and clean. Beach access is not quite as close as I wanted but thats on me for not researching better. Host's are very responsive. Neighborhood is safe and quiet. Not a good walkable area for shops/restaurants. Definitely need a mode of transportation. Overall we had a wonderful time.

This condo is just as described and right on the beach! Lots of helpful extras — laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, etc. Perfect for our girlfriend getaway!

Great little place right on the water. We will be coming back again. The host was super attentive.

We loved the condo. It easily fit our family of 5. The kitchen/living area was very spacious. The unit was very clean and well kept and looked newly remodeled. It had a lot of little details that were nice to have. For example, they had charging blocks on the bedside tables. The refrigerator was huge and easily held all of our groceries. The nugget ice maker was nice as well. The deck was nice with comfy outdoor chairs, where we all sat to eat breakfast. The king bathroom had the best soaking tub and huge walk-in shower. The washer and dryer were huge. It was so nice to fit our beach towels at the end of the day witbout having to do multiple loads. Max was very quick to respond when we had any questions. I am very picky and have high standards with my vacation accommodations, and I have to say this condo was by far one of the best places we've stayed!

Out stay was awesome. Nice, clean, updated place with all the amenities we needed. Felt so cozy and location was great. Walking distance to the beach, coffee shops, corner grocery store and restaurants. Would be great if they added beach chairs and an umbrella to the amenities provided but was not a deal breaker for us. Would definitely stay again!

Great location just few steps from the beach. Just few minutes walk from the Main Street where all the restaurants are. Very quiet street and easy to park. I’d stay there again on next visit to Clearwater.

Beautiful view of the Gulf of America to watch dolphins, shipping carriers and cruise ships coming and going. The beach area is mostly crushed shells until you get to the water. Nice seeing the beach was patrolled by police regularly even in a gated area. Was able to see Manatee in the canal and watch fishing boats coming and going. Parking was easy. Condo is very clean and well decorated with that comfortable relaxing feeling - we enjoyed the balcony for awesome sunsets and star gazing or our morning coffee. The restaurant/bars are not within walking distance but were only a short drive (all of them had good food). You pay by card for parking at most locations. We would definitely stay at this beautiful location again - one of my most relaxing trips.

The condo was great. We really enjoyed our stay. It was clean and as described. The location is great and I loved being right on the beach. Checking in and out was simple and straightforward. The condo was larger than I expected which was nice. Definitely recommend.

Had a great wonderful relaxing time away from work. It was a Mother/daughter get away. Location. location.Location Images on line were point on but in person it is so much more. Steps from putting your feet in the sand. Feet from the pool. The most beautiful sunsets from your front row seat on your own patio. Close to stores and restaurants. Cafe for coffee/tea. Home made ice cream and local shops all conveniently located. Rental management always available And checking in. Will be planning on returning next year. Donna
