A charming cabin built circa 1780 situated right on Main Street, just steps from Pubs and Restaurants and easy walking distance to historic Mercersburg Academy. There is a separate sleeping area upstairs with a queen-size memory foam bed. The lower level features a foldout couch and air mattress for additional guests, as well as a 55" TV and a wet bar and bathroom. Visitors have universally enjoyed the cabin's cozy feel. While there is no yard available, the town is great for walking dogs.

Self check for convenience Tiny cabin with all you need squeezed into it for pleasant stay. It is located on a secluded property not far (5 miles) from major interstates. It is a small guest house across the lawn from our house where my wife and I live. It has window AC and wifi available. Free continental breakfast foods provided. (There is no kitchen) Cleaned to perfection ! We do spray for bugs but it is not unusual to see some spiders and bugs since the cabin is right against the woods.

Guests have complete privacy inside the cottage with a full kitchen, two TV's, Wi-Fi, and a mini split system for heating and cooling. As well as exclusive access to the hot tub, fire pit and pond outside! We also have various shared hiking trails through the woods surrounding the cottage for campers and cottage guests to enjoy!
