Third time here. Beautiful home that is walking distance to town with breweries, wine bars and a nice selection of restaurants … we live this place.

This place was very peaceful and enjoyable to stay in. The mountain road up was a fun drive with quite a bit of wildlife to see! Would recommend!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! BEAUTIFUL VIEWS and location provided much desired peace and quiet! Hosts were VERY friendly and responsive and checked in regularly via text. Evenings in the hot tub with moonlit mountain views was WONDERFUL! Much too big for just the two of us but plenty of room for a group of up to 8 or 10 people if you include the downstairs studio. Close enough to Idaho Springs, Central City, and Blackhawk, all of which provided great shops and restaurants. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

We had a great time at Susan’s place! It was close to town so a lot of the time we walked into town instead of driving. All of the people we came across in town were so friendly and welcoming. The house was very cozy and it had a lived-in feeling that made it feel like a home versus just another rental property. It was the perfect spot for our Colorado trip and if we visit Idaho Springs again, we hope to stay here.

Great place to stay for our first family vacation with a 3yo and 6-month-old baby. Super easy location, plenty of room for kids to play, already had some toys and a pack'n'play (which we didn't realize so we brought our own, but good to know!) Loved all of the historical photos. Very well-stocked kitchen. This is definitely a place we want to stay again especially during ski season as a Loveland home base!

This is the second time we have stayed here. It’s wonderful! 9 deer in the yard hanging out and resting! The views are peaceful and beautiful! The kitchen has everything you need and the design of the home is very cool. The one drawback is the beds are hard. Initially, they feel like they are TempurPedic, but your body doesn’t melt into them. A quick fix could be memory toppers. The sheets are great, and I’m a sheet snob! That is my only critique. Faris is lightning fast responding and incredibly accommodating! It’s been a great find!! The kitchen is so big to allow room for people to move around-great, big island! Thank you, Faris! You are an awesome host!

Cozy comfortable home. Was a great landing spot for us for our son’s wedding at Blackstone Rivers Ranch. Great downtown area that is totally walkable from house when weather is nice.

This was the perfect home for me and 2 friends on our trip! The home is clean, cozy and had everything we needed. It’s right around the corner from the main street in town (literally a 2 minute walk) and we loved exploring all the shops and restaurants! Very cute area and was an easy driving distance to everything we wanted to do (Red Rocks, Boulder, Denver, Rocky Mountain National Park). Melanie was very responsive, had very clear communication and was so nice. Would stay here again!

Sonja was very accommodating and helped us out when we were stuck in Idaho Springs with car trouble. The place was perfect for my husband and I and our two dogs especially because we didn’t have many options. If you will be traveling with your dogs just know that the yard is not fenced. Beautiful views and a very comfortable bed. Would stay again.

Wonderful peaceful spot! The condo was cozy and had everything we needed for our stay (including supper WiFi ) and the area was so beautiful. We enjoyed walking around the lake most days and there are lots of hiking trails and scenic drives in the area. Nicholas was a great host- very responsive and kind. Highly recommend this spot!

Beautiful and quiet location! The dirt road to get up to the house was a bit treacherous but it was worth it!

Super cute attic apartment in a historic house. Location couldn't be more convenient to the Georgetown main street. Host is very accessible and friendly!

We absolutely cannot say enough about how wonderful Judy is, and how perfect this apartment is. Judy greeted us upon arrival, gave us a full walk through of the apartment, shared GREAT, friendly conversation, and really thought of everything when it comes to creating a peaceful, enjoyable space. The area is quiet, the property is beautiful, and the apartment has some really cool features. The heated bathroom floor is amazing! The front end of the Jeep lights up and is the coolest night light ever! We didn't have much time to play pool, but it was an excellent addition to the space. The kitchen was cool, and covered in diamond plate sheets, sticking with the Jeep theme and decor. The murphy bed is incredibly comfortable, and allowed us to get a good night's sleep over the nights we stayed. Judy is truly a great host, and we highly recommend her apartment if you're looking for a beautiful property and peaceful location. Thank you for your hospitality, Judy! Can't wait to come back!

The place was so cozy and welcoming. Rebecca had a fire lit for us in the wood burning stove when we arrived. The views from the living room and front porch are breathtaking!

Really nice condo, gorgeous surroundings in the mountains. Very peaceful and serene area, we absolutely loved our stay. The actual condo building itself is dated and not fancy, however this condo is updated, spacious, and very comfortable. We had a group of four, 2 adults and 2 teens, and we all slept well in the comfy beds and felt refreshed for our adventurous days. We made dinner in the condo each night and had some really memorable family time together. Highly recommend and we will be back if we're ever lucky enough to return to the rockies!

New construction. Well kept interiors. Every is working accordingly. Close to Loveland Ski area. Easy access highway. Great space for our family of 4. We would come back. Thank you Sharon and Matt!

Rebecca was such a great host. Very responsive to all messages and super nice with all the questions I had. The condo was located in a very nice part of town and was very clean and exactly as described and as the pictures. We plan to come back to Georgetown next year and would most definitely book with Rebecca again.

Great place really pretty neighborhood. We enjoyed the place. Host were quick with responses and gave great instructions on how to get there and check in.

Our stay at the condo was pleasant. It was well-equipped with everything we needed. The host was responsive and maintained good communication throughout our visit. Any questions or requests were addressed promptly. Overall, it's a solid choice for a comfortable stay.

Pete’s place was perfect for our staycation in Georgetown. We loved the heated tile floors in the bathroom. Definitely cute and cozy!

We love this neighborhood, we stayed at another airbnb a couple of homes away from this one last year. We thought this one was even nicer than last year's location. This is so close to the mountain and all nearby restaurants, while feeling like you're not sitting in the middle of a resort, with nice trees and neighborhood vibes surrounding the entire place. We will be back!

Welcome really enjoyed our stay and it was quiet and peaceful just what we needed. Was close to Silverthorne and Breckenridge. Weather ended up not being able and we couldn’t hike like we wanted to so spent a day at Silverthorn and Breckenridge! Highly recommend
