Monthly Rentals in Clayton

This home was in a great location in Clayton, close to tons of trails and a quick walk downtown. There was plenty of space in the home for several guests, and it was located in a very quiet, peaceful neighborhood. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Couldn’t have chosen a better Airbnb for our extended stay of nearly 5 months and host. Carolina is incredible, caring, super helpful with recommendations for my little family, from places to go eat, parks, gyms, etc. We even saw her husband for chiropractic adjustments, which was amazing. The place was beautiful, had everything we needed, and close to so many incredible restaurants, parks, shopping, etc. Carolina definitely went above and beyond, always super responsive and trying to make sure our stay was comfortable as possible. She even stocked up our fridge with our food staples so when we got in, we could have food to eat and not stress about it (which is nice after flying for over 24 hours with two little kids) and anything we needed or she thought we needed, would just supply it I will definitely book again when we come back again and am so grateful we found our little home away from home when we come back to America to visit family.

A few couples rented this house as we were playing in a golf tournament at Oakhurst Country Club, which you can see from the house! The place was exactly what we were looking for. Beautiful house with everything you need to have a good weekend. The house was clean and exactly as described. And the views from the backyard are fantastic. The hosts were awesome and very proactive in their communication. I’d highly recommend staying at this property if you are ever looking for a place in Clayton.

Michelle’s home in Concord was exactly what I was looking for. It was only a 5 minute drive to the Toyota Pavilion. It’s walking distance ( 40 min walk ) if you want to avoid the traffic all together! She was very helpful in helping us to navigate a meeting spot so we can pick up our daughter ( 15 min walk to nearby shopping center) after the concert. I highly recommend this location if you are visiting Walnut Creek as well since it’s a very short drive there and with numerous restaurants downtown. We visited the Anne Bancroft Garden & there were great areas nearby to hike as well. The place was clean and the beds & linens were very comfortable. I did not do cooking during this short trip. The kitchen is not new but is adequate & has all the appliances needed. I would stay here again if visiting this area. Michelle was extremely helpful, responds quickly and gave our family great tips for a memorable trip.
