In the hollow of the Risle valley bordered by forests, near the charming village of La Ferrière sur Risle, the miller's house is located on the Moulin à Tan property, occupied by the owners. The large fully enclosed grounds guarantee absolute calm, the valley is classified as "Natura 2000". 1 hour 15 minutes from Paris and 1 hour from the Normandy coast, Come and stay in one of the oldest houses in Conches-en-Ouche.
