These spacious, light-filled holiday barns will be a true delight to stay in. The development of the plot of the old stable and pigsty at Haygrove Farm has been built to the highest standard with the contemporary design and finish, including the expansive glazing, carefully planned to compliment the landscape, making the outlook truly breath-taking. A vaulted ceiling gives the open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area a light and airy feel. Sleeping 4 people; One king size room and one twin (that can be converted to a king if requested in advance) with one large family bathroom and an en-suite shower room to the main bedroom, you’re assured to have a comfortable stay. Bi fold doors lead to a private deck area and large shared lawn boasting spectacular views of the beautiful Wiltshire countryside. Ample parking for 2+ cars within the gated driveway. Full underfloor heated tiled floors, TV & Marshall speaker, Wi-Fi. Excellent quality sheets and towels, hairdryer all provided as well as tea, coffee, sugar, milk and a small welcome hamper. We will leave keys for you within the key box at the front gates, but do not want to interfere with your privacy unless you need us. As a family run business we live in the Main farmhouse and Annexe right next door so can be on hand if you have any problems or want any advice to make the most out of your stay and will leave you our phone numbers should you need to contact us. There are plenty of wonderful places to eat in the local area (including the fantastic New Inn in Westwood itself) and we will be happy to recommend and book for you if you need us to. Located in Westwood, Haygrove Farm is a short walk from both the Westwood Manor and lford Manor, plus a 2-minute drive from Bradford-on-Avon. Bath is a 12-minute train ride away from either Avoncliff railway station, which is a mile away or from Bradford on Avon station. We have horses and a friendly Dalmatian ‘teenager’ as part of the family and you will see us around and about as access to Haygrove Stables are on the same drive as the Barns. We ask when you park that you consider the possibility of horseboxes needing to pass. This 2nd barn is dog friendly so we are able to welcome 4 legged friends, so they too can experience the beautiful Westwood countryside! We simply charge an additional £10/night cleaning charge when dogs are booked (payable on arrival/departure) and ask that they are kept off the furniture & not left unattended. Both Sharky (Dalmatian) & George (horse) are friendly (as are the other equine residents) We ask you not to feed the horses & please let us know if you have any dog aversions as Sharky is always happy to meet new people & may try & say hello to you before we do! ;)

Our Annex is a cosy, self-contained double bedroom and separate shower room suitable for 1-2 people. Access to The Annex is self check-in. Self-contained ground floor unit within our family home- The Annex adjoins the main house via a locked door Weston Village area of Bath close to the M4 and a 5/10 minute drive to City Centre. Free on-street parking. 5 minute walk to the Royal United Hospital (RUH) and therefore a perfect location for those working, studying or visiting relatives at the RUH.

King's Court is a quiet, 4 bedroom, family home in a magical setting looking over the world heritage City of Bath. Sitting in beautiful gardens and untouched National Trust countryside, you have the city laid at your feet. Not only do you have stunning gardens and woodland for children (and adults!) to escape to, but you are a 3 min drive /13 min walk to the heart of Bath. Two large reception rooms, one with huge ceiling to floor glass, and a full length balcony mean you will not want to leave!

Self contained guest lodge next to our house. Quietly situated in a pretty residential area next to Bath University with views over the World Heritage city. Picturesque walk into Bath, regular buses and lovely country walks. Own parking, private entrance and fast reliable wi-fi. Super-king sized bed with twin bed option. Desk, USB sockets and LED TV. Light, spacious with beautiful decor, the stunning property is set in open countryside with great views. 5 miles from Bath, it's well located for visiting some of the UK's most beautiful places. Quiet and peaceful, birdsong is the only noise you're likely to hear as you unwind. For the active, there is a tennis court outside, many walking and cycling routes and a golf course within 1/2 mile.

Discover Bath, the Cotswolds, Avebury stone circle, Lacock, Longleat, Stonehenge, Salisbury, Stourhead, Wells and Cheddar. There is charging for Electric cars about 1 mile away at Flourish Farm Shop Farleigh Road Norton St Philip (Just off the A36). My husband is a qualified instructor and offers clay pigeon shooting. 2 night minimum requirement at weekends between 1st May and 2nd January each year.
