The most beautiful property at the most beautiful location. The apartment is even better than what the pictures manage to capture, with the location to die for. You have incredible views from each one of the windows. They have provided with very well laid out and detailed information and instructions about everything in and around. Will definitely revisit.

We had a lovely, comfortable stay, and the accommodation was clean and very well equipped. The location was great as it was approx 10 minutes' walk from the centre of Ambleside in one direction and about the same fom Lake Windermere in the other direction, and there were scenic walking routes from right outside the front door. We went by train and bus, and with a pre-arranged delivery from a local supermarket, it all worked really well.

A wonderful stay with everything we needed for a full week. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and a lovely outside space. It is a short, flat walk to Ambleside which was perfect for children. Thank you for a great week.

Very cosy accommodation within walking distance of Ambleside but also a good location to drive to other parts of the Lakes. Situated in a small courtyard it felt quite private and quiet and was a little suntrap. Inside was neat, tidy with a well equiped kitchen. The bathroom had an excellent shower and the furniture was comfortable. I would stay there again.
