Located in Lattes, just a few minutes from the tram, the beaches, Montpellier, the Arena, the Parc des Expositions, the airport and the train stations, it offers easy access to all these places.

Completely renovated, this modern loft is composed of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed of 180 and the other with 2 single beds. A large fully equipped kitchen opens to the living room with fireplace and overlooks a large private terrace that is enclosed and not overlooked. Guests can enjoy the pool area which includes a large swimming pool but also a paddling pool for the little ones, a summer kitchen with gas bbq and brazier We are located in the countryside and a vehicle is required.

Access to the tram is a 15/20-minute walk and we have direct access to bike paths for walks or hikes.
