Ancien atelier de menuiserie rénové attenant à notre demeure. Entrée indépendante. Logement très lumineux qui comporte des couchages pour 3 personnes. Vous disposez d'un espace détente doté d'un vrai babyfoot de bar. Nous avons fait le choix de garder le côté authentique des lieux, tout en apportant le confort nécessaire : mini réfrigérateur, micro-ondes/grill, machine à café, bouilloire, cabine de douche et lavabo, WC indépendant. Attention ! pas de plaques chauffantes pour cuisiner.

Water sports leisure center 10 min away (Ile Chambod/Merpuis). On the same property, which is 3 hectares, possibility to rent a cottage for 6 people.

Ideally located between Lyon and Geneva, tourist sites are nearby (Brou Monastery, Perouges medieval city, Bird Park...)

The studio is located on the ground floor of our house. The entrance is independent and is via its private terrace. There is a garden to cross to get to the studio. There is no room to park in the courtyard with a car (parking is 50 m away). If you wish, you will have access to the jacuzzi which is in a room next door with limited access (time slot to be agreed) travel cot for children (- 2 years)

LE PETIT CO Country Cabin

At the bottom of the garden, the wooden cabin under the trees, with its terrace on stilts, its shelter for the shower area and the outhouse behind the heart door.
