Great location and friendly hosts!

We had to meet the host on site for check-in. The time arrangement was totally uncomplicated. After a short briefing, we immediately felt comfortable. The view from the balcony of San Gimignano was beautiful. The apartment is perfectly adequate and beautifully furnished. The hostess arranged a parking ticket for us, so we parked much cheaper. We would stay there again at any time.

Siena is a city that steals your heart, and this Airbnb made our experience even more special. The beautiful scenery was a standout, stunning vistas of the Tuscan landscape and the charm of the historic city were right at our doorstep. The location is unbeatable, just steps from the cobblestone streets and iconic architecture. The apartment was beautifully decorated, blending modern comfort with Tuscan charm. We booked Sonia's place for one night while driving from up the Coast. We now wish we had time to stay longer! It's a stunning location with incredible views from the AirBnB. The coast is only a short walk away with plenty of restaurants to choose from. Sonia sent us photos and videos before arriving which were helpful and clearly showed where to park, where to find the lockbox and keys, and how to find the apartment making the check in process super easy. A highly recommended stay.

The place was everything we expected; the decoration was very traditional, we had an incredible view of the vineyards and we were also relatively close to the center... you can rest very well because the rooms completely block out the light and there is no noise. Alessandro was always very kind and attentive to what we needed, he welcomed us with snacks and coffee. We would definitely return!

Johanna’s delightful listing is in part of the family’s historically significant home. Inside, the apartment is filled with books and interesting art of all kinds. The bed is comfortable. The kitchen is small, but I cooked some nice meals. The outdoor space is amazing. We loved having our coffee in the morning in the garden, and our wine in the evening overlooking the harbor. We loved the winding walk into town and back, and there is a nice grocery store very nearby. Johanna and her daughter Giulia were very kind and responsive when the WiFi stopped working. They did everything they could to fix the issue and it was fine for the rest of our stay. They also left us a lovely bottle of wine and we even got a ride from Johanna to and from the bus stop upon arrival and departure. We felt we were truly “guests” of the family. Be sure and ask about the history of the home if you get a chance. Enjoy your stay!

We had a perfect break in Lorenza’s lovely house. It was extremely spacious and exceptionally clean. The garden is beautiful and well maintained with lots of areas to sit in and enjoy the peaceful environment. Our dogs loved their walks in the woods nearby and they enjoyed meeting all the feline residents! Lorenza and her husband are a lovely friendly couple who have put a lot of thought into ensuring their guests have a great holiday.

A small jewel in the middle of the beautiful landscape of Tuscany. Right on the street, but when the windows are closed, it's nice and quiet. The incredibly large garden cools the area and the stone house is perfect for June at 31 degrees. We really enjoyed our week. Cooked in the kitchen and grilled in the garden. We were able to use wood as long as it was available. At night, we could watch fireflies and in the evening stroll to the village on foot or in 5 minutes to the Beck and Coop. We will be happy to come back. Thank you. You feel very comfortable! A dream.

Great flat to explore Cortona! Excellent location and had everything you need

A wonderful peaceful place in Tuscany. Spent most of our evenings out on the balcony, admiring the beautiful view. Home was well appointed and comfortable inside, and the host was very responsive to any questions or issues. Radda was also lovely, with good food, wine and a local tap room with interesting options! Would strongly recommend a stay here.

Valeria and Simone have a super nice and clean apartment! We felt very comfortable right from the beginning. The apartment offers a great starting point for numerous hikes and excursions. During our stay, we always received good tips and advice from the two. Our dog also felt very comfortable and since the property is completely fenced, he could move freely. We would come back. It was an incredibly beautiful time!

Norma was an absolute treasure, and her home and family were lovely. The property sits overlooking a lovely castle and a beautiful church with great views on the other side. The property has a great pool with plenty of privacy or interaction with the family, I only wish I spoke more Italian to be able to sit and chat with her lovely in-laws! Norma offered great recommendations for day trips, and overall the local area was great to explore. My only advice would be the usual: rent a smaller car to make life easier! Sitting on the patio overlooking the castle, with a glass of wine, is a memory we will never forget, and is highly recommended. Whether during the day or after the sun has gone down and the fireflies comes out (weather permitting) it's a Tuscan treat you won't want to miss. We truly felt like a part of the family and would love to return to her home the next time we come back. Truly a wonderful experience!

We truly enjoyed staying in Catherine’s place. It was the perfect spot after being in Rome for a week. Her hospitality, peaceful days and the Tuscan landscape were just what we needed! Catherine was also so helpful at recommending things to do in the area, and we enjoyed them all! We hope to be back to her place one day!

The apartment was great and met all my expectations! It was very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect — close to the city center and just a short walk from charming streets ideal for walking and exploring. The host provided all the information we needed, which made our stay smooth and easy. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again.

Benedetta is an amazing and gracious host, the property was easy to locate and the room was beautiful, absolutely amazing Tuscan style with beautiful views and a private pool. She also recommended us a restaurant for dinner and that was one of the beat meals we had in Italy! 100% recommend

Large apartment, well-furnished, clean.

Lovely stay in Tuscany! Patrizia had started a warming fire going for us in the fireplace upon arrival, as the weather was chilly and rainy. The house was very cozy, artistically decorated, and well appointed -- it made us feel very much at home away from home. Gorgeous views of Tuscany from the bedroom windows, and a well cared for garden which had lemons, rosemary, basil and many flowering plants. Patrizia was the absolute best hostess and provided for all our needs during our stay. There was plenty of room for everybody in the house, and there was even a lovely little kitchen which was fully stocked (salt, pepper, spices, coffee, milk, and more!). Note there is not an oven, but we were able to cook breakfast every day, and even a few dinner meals for our small group in the mini kitchen (there is a mini fridge which fit a lot of perishable food for its size!, and a small induction stove top). Thank you for the perfect stay!

Our stay at Rosa’s was more than we could have hoped for. Rosa and her husband were kind, caring and extremely helpful. Rosa is a detailed person and wants her guests to enjoy themselves and feel right at home, which is what we did. We cannot say enough about Rosa and her husband. The apartment was exactly the kind of authentic Italian home that you would hope for. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking some Italian meals! We loved Cortona. We enjoyed the location which was practically in the main square. There were many great restaurants within a couple minutes walk. We enjoyed the market in the square every Saturday. Our favorite was strolling through the streets of Cortona and taking in the amazing views. The central location made it a great home base for us. It was easy to catch a bus and train to discover more of Tuscany. This was by far our best Airbnb experience and highly recommend it.
