Holiday rentals with breakfast in Civitavecchia

Siamo stati una settimana nell'alloggio di Luca e Anna: gli spazi sono confortevoli (anche se eravamo in 4 il divano letto era strategico). La piscina molto bella, curata e ben sorvegliata da Michele. La posizione è ottima per visitare e scoprire la tuscia viterbese, i consigli di Luca sono stati molto utili per organizzarci. Luca e Anna sono sempre stati molto disponibili per ogni nostra richiesta o esigenza.

Très bon emplacement pour visiter les villages médiévaux, accéder au Lac Bolsena, aux thermes et le centre de Viterbo est à 5 min en voiture. Il est également pratique d’aller à Rome et jusqu’à Ostia Antica. Le logement est très agréable, spacieux, très propre, climatisé et la terrasse privée est bien exposée et de bonne taille. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les attentions de notre hôte qui tous les matins nous portait des pâtisseries maison délicieuses. De plus, à notre arrivée le frigo avait été rempli de boissons et nous avons bénéficié d’un accueil chaleureux. Nous recommandons vivement, expérience très agréable !

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Airbnb war sehr schön. Die Unterkunft besticht durch ihre wirklich schöne Lage, die es uns ermöglichte, die Umgebung entspannt zu erkunden und die italienische Lebensart zu genießen, auch die Verbindung per Zug nach Rom Termini (Hbf) war unkompliziert. Stefano und Giulia, unsere Gastgeber, haben maßgeblich zu unserem positiven Eindruck beigetragen. Sie waren jederzeit aufmerksam und engagiert, uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite zu stehen und sicherzustellen, dass wir uns wohlfühlen. Ihre Bemühungen, uns den besten Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen, waren wirklich bemerkenswert. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch das inkludierte Frühstück, das jeden Morgen eine willkommene Stärkung war. Der freundliche Willkommensaperitif bei unserer Ankunft war fantastisch. Wir können diese Unterkunft für Reisende empfehlen, die eine gut gelegene und gastfreundlich geführte Unterkunft suchen. Very nice space in Rome. Away from the hustle and bustle of busy city streets, little traffic and quiet surroundings. Close to the train station and many bus terminals. Clean home with all the amenities we needed. Lots of space for the 6 of us to spread out and relax. Private parking is nice and safe, but tight to get into with a larger vehicle. Would stay here again!

Casa incantevole in un posto tranquillo e silenzioso circondato dalla natura, con una meravigliosa vista sul lago. Host sempre disponibile. Ideale per bambini e cani. Ci siamo sentiti a casa.

Ospite deliziosa e casa perfetta per un ritiro lontano dalla città. Ordinata, pulita e caratteristica. Ci hanno anche portato dei cornetti per colazione!

Looked just like the photos!! Very clean and Stefania was so friendly and helpful!! We had a great time walking around the town, the views were beautiful. The only issue we faced was finding restaurants that had menu items without pork in them, as my husband and I are muslim.

Un bonito apartamento en Fiumichino con uun fantástico patio. Ideal para quedarse cerca del aeropuerto y coger el vuelo con tranquilidad. Cabe destacar la amabilidad y atención de los propietarios, que en todo momento estuvieron pendientes y nos proporcionaron todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. Lo recomiendo.

Loved my stay here!! Was perfectly located to explore all of Rome. Was able to walk to all the main attractions. It was super clean and had a beautiful Italian flare that made me feel like a local. Would highly recommend for 2 people!

Amazing place!! The entire apartment is very unique and so nice. We all loved it so much. Andrea’s recommendations of places to eat were perfect. These are restaurants you may not find on your own but were all so good. Location is perfect, we walked everywhere and we were close to everything. The garden patio, unique windows and everything in the apartment has a very calming vibe. Andrea was super easy to coordinate our arrival. We loved it and we were all so glad that we stayed there.

This place was fantastic. So close to many things. We walked everywhere even with 3 kids. There were two private balconies so although it was in the middle of a bustling square it was possible to relax and rest outside. Sonia was great. She provided excellent details on how to find the place. She also offered many recommendations on places to eat. Would stay here again 100%!

Laura's tiny house is an amazing place right in Fiumicino. Easy to get to from the bus at the airport. The place is very cozy, and you will feel at home. Laura is very hospitable and friendly. She is very accommodating and I can not say enough nice things about her. She is a true sweetheart. Thank you for the stay.

Perfect place for our last night in Italy. 7-10 min drive to airport. Peaceful, quiet, super clean and comfortable beds. We really appreciated the snacks and milk for breakfast too!

Arriving at Francesca’s felt like a warm hug. She had left food and drinks for our family to create ease on arrival. The apartment is compact with a spacious main bedroom and we loved the small terrace. Great location to access sights on foot. Thank you Francesca!

Thank you for the opportunity to stay in your family home! We loved the decor, location and history all around. Meeting Paolo at entry was definitely a high point - he’s so informative and you can tell he loves his country (listen to the food recommendations too!) Would recommend highly to stay here and would stay again if I’m lucky enough! :) Grazie!!!!

très bel appartement à proximité immédiate du stade olympique très bien desservi par les transports Francesco est un hote très agréable et proactif nous avons beaucoup échangé par message pour les restaurants et il est d une grande écoute

The apartment is very basic, but exactly what our family needed for a place to sleep between getting off our cruise ship and flying home the next day. The town is adorable, with many restaurants, shops, and views of the sea.

We had a wonderful stay! It was a gorgeous room that was absolutely spotless and had a nice private balcony. The shared areas are also great and the location is perfect with plenty of restaurants and local shops. It’s at the seafront and it’s definitely worth going for a nice walk or swim on the sandy beaches specially if you have kids. The air conditioning is great too!!! To make it even more special Orietta and her daughter Chiara are delightful! Definitely recommend!!!

Ricardo and his wife were amazing hosts They were very responsive very helpful. They gave me all the tips and tricks around, also the room was very clean, convenient and spacious for one person. They also had a very well organized breakfast in the kitchen.

The room was very nice and clean. All the attractions were easy to access by bus or walking. Emanuela was great and all the time asnwered to my questions!!🥰

Che dire . in questo caso 5 stelle quasi poche. Host gentilissimo,reattivo e attento ai particolari. Abbiamo scelto la struttura perchè la sera dovevamo assistere ad un concerto al parco della musica e a questo scopo la struttura è perfetta. ambiente pulito accogliente dotato di tutto quello che può essere necessario per la notte. assolutamente consigliatissimo
