Independent access from the street to our group of CHAMBERI LIVING apartments, located on the second floor with private elevator, guarantees maximum comfort, independence and privacy. Features enjoyed by my guests: -The kitchen is fully equipped with the best quality appliances guaranteeing you everything you need to feel at home and cook your favorite dishes. With an open concept design, it integrates seamlessly with a spacious living room, through a bar with high stools. The room has spectacular windows as you bask in the warmth of the natural light that floods the space. During the day, the living room is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the company, and at night, the sofa becomes a large and comfortable double bed where you can rest peacefully. The master bedroom will give you dreamy nights, with its comfortable bed and en-suite bathroom. The high-end finishes and design details will make you feel like you are in a luxurious five-star hotel. For your convenience, an umbrella is available in the flat in case of rain during your stay. If you are traveling with a baby and need a crib and high chair for your stay, you can request them in advance. The lighting throughout the apartment has been carefully designed and domotized to create different atmospheres. Fully equipped: sheets, towels, amenities kit in each bathroom, consisting of 2 gel-shampoo dispensers and 2 rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen you will have at your disposal a welcome kit consisting of: 1 bottle of dishwasher 30ml, 1 scourer, 1 multipurpose cloth and 1 garbage bag. IMPORTANT: FOR REASONS OF HYGIENE, WE DO NOT LEAVE ANY FOOD PRODUCTS: NO OIL, NO SALT, NO VINEGAR, NO SUGAR. NO COFFEE OR TEA EITHER. It also has a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, hair dryer, heating and air conditioning. Other features you should consider: -The location is unbeatable. There is the option of parking a vehicle in a private car park located next to the apartment. The apartment is equipped with the necessary basic kitchenware. Access to the apartment is free of architectural barriers (no steps) and is directly from the street. Upon arrival, you will be provided with an access code that will allow you to open the front door. It has an entrance hall, a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed (1.40 x 2.00) with bed linen, and a full bathroom with a shower. It is fully equipped, with the main kitchen facilities including a dishwasher, fridge and Italian coffee maker, as well as air conditioning, an iron, a bathroom equipped with towels, a hairdryer and shower gel, a television and Wi-Fi (600 Mb fibre). Instructions for using the Wi-Fi are provided once the booking is made. There is no carbon monoxide detector as it is not necessary, since the heating and cooking appliances are electric. There is the possibility of providing the apartment with a high chair or travel cot if the guest needs it, but it is essential that they notify us via an Airbnb message once the booking has been made. If you need any services in addition to those listed in the ad, please feel free to request them in case we can provide them or help you get them. The apartment is completely at the guest's disposal, and all the items described on the website can be used. However, guests cannot access the building's common areas, such as the interior courtyards or the roof terrace, or stay on the stair landings. You can enter without the need for someone to be waiting to open the door for you, as it is an independent entrance from the street and there is a security box with a code at the entrance, so you can enter freely once the access code is provided. A set of door keys is provided inside the box at the apartment entrance. In the event of loss, a supplement of €35 will be charged to make a replacement copy. The apartment has internet (600 MB fibre) and a TV with a USB port, in case you want to bring your own movies, as well as DTT with conventional channels in Spanish and SMARTV. Out of respect for other guests, parties and smoking are not allowed inside the apartment.

THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS THE NOISE FROM THE NEIGHBOURS. I don't allow parties or drinking. Perfect cleanliness included. Lots of light, quiet neighborhood, metro in front ,you will love it. Especially for couples or people who are taking exams, there is no noise at all. It fits 3 people Wifi. Superquipado. For parking, there is a green and blue paid area, rent parking for a reasonable price, as long as I don't need it. Note, I reserve the entire weekend. There are supermarkets nearby, bars, park, etc.
