Kid-friendly holiday rentals in City of Malabon

The place and ambiance inside is great. The thing is when you enter the property there are 2 stairs so old people or disabled are not advisable to stay to this property.

I really love how Miss Pam and Co-host prepared the place for us. I had no problem with my stay. However, the check-in time is a bit later than usual and it was hard for us since we are not familiar with the place and i had a senior citizen with me. Nonetheless, i had a great time staying in their place, very accessible to convenience stores, tourists spot, foods chains and mall

Our stay was great. Their living room/sala was airconditioned so even if you cook, there’s no need for a fan. We just had a little problem upon checking in, the guests before us overstayed but we weren’t informed, maybe that was also the reason why some things were left at the bathroom. Thankfully, they offered a free extension before checking out. Would love to book the house again😊

Kim is TRULY A SUPERHOST❤️she even went out of her way to help us with transportation. The place is a sanctuary in the middle of busy Malate and you will not be able to hear any noise once you’re in your room. We feel very safe and well taken care of by the host. I highly recommend this place if you are planning to be in Manila. Everything you need is right there such as great restaurants to eat and shopping places. One of my favorite AIR BNB ever! I work remotely and needed some quiet from the hustle & hustle of Manila (and didn't like the idea of being on the 67th floor of some building). So I rolled the dice and looked for a place outside the city and landed in Cainta. I needed a makeshift desk and Ms Honey made it happen. The apartment is nestled inside of neighborhood, but there are plenty of places to eat. The grocery isn't far and the mall is a bit of a hike, but I like walking as it gave me a chance to see things. My favorite spot ... Coffee Daniel. Best Spanish Lattes hands diwn. And my favorite part ... the people Everyone was courteous and kind. The coolest part was after playing basketball with the neighborhood kids them calling me as I passed by on my way somewhere. I've traveled all over and of all the places this felt most like I was at home. It's a bit out of the way, but if you want a relaxing, peaceful neighborhood, this is your place. If the universe says the same, I'll be back

Super peaceful ng place. Hindi mo aakalain na cainta rizal area lang. It feels like home. Malinis every corner of the house, ikaw ang mahihiya magkalat. The pool is spacious, warm and super clean water. What I loved the most, yung complete kitchen utensils. Super clear din ng instructions and notes ni Ms.Hazel. Paniguradong babalik kami dito. We had a great stay at this Airbnb in QC. The place was very affordable, but it didn’t compromise on cleanliness or comfort. The bed was cozy, and the space felt well-maintained and welcoming. It had everything I needed for a short, hassle-free stay. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a budget-friendly yet relaxing option in the area.

I have a great time staying here, everything is accessible church, public market, 7/11, public transport is right outside the place, sm north Edsa is 18 mins walking distance. The place itself is clean, everything is in place, kitchen is well equipped, drinking water is provided, anything you need for your convenient stay Is provided. And most of all the one I had been so thankful for they allow me to do early checkin at no extra cost. The host are so responsive and accommodating. Surely if the need arises I would like to book and stay again @ their place.

Our stay at Shine’s flat was a great experience. The space was neat, compact, and well laid out, with a cozy lofted bed and all the essentials provided—including cooking basics, a rice cooker, and room-darkening curtains for a good night’s sleep. I also appreciated the clean bathroom with a bidet and the reliable AC and WiFi, which made it easy to relax or get things done. Everything was as described, and it felt like a comfortable home away from home. Best of all, the host was always quick to respond to my questions, which made the stay feel even smoother. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again!

The place is recommended to everyone who needs peaceful staycation and quiet place to ponder. We booked his place because it is near in Phil Arena because we will watch the SB19 concert, so far, we never experienced hassle and traffic from coming and back at his place. Alan has his own parking so you will never get stressed where to park your car. Furbabies are welcome in his unit but make sure to diapers your furbabies to avoid messing the place. I hope next time there will be trashcan in the kitchen separated with the bathroom. Also, there is no microwave in his unit but there is a rangehood and induction cooker to heat or cook your own food, overall, the place is good and we will book again longer next time. The place was so nice and clean; also with complete amenities for our short stay. Miss Maylene was very responsive and accommodates our requests as best as she could and offers her help and assistance anytime. She also responds quickly.

It was a worthy experience. When I stayed there, there was an on going event at the nearby brgy and it was too loud at night. But that is something beyond the control of the unit owner and more likely a concern for the condo management. Overall, the stay was very very good. The unit had all of the amenities i needed for my 3 day trip. The condo is also very accessible. There was a 7/11 behind, a Mang Inasal and a few meters away from SM Sta. Mesa. The host also gave very clear instructions for the house rules. Will definitely recommend the place.

I was skeptical at first to check in at Grass but Hasita’s unit was the only one I saw with some sense of aesthetics. The room was as beautiful as the pictures and I can tell as soon as I walked in that the host invested on the quality of the appliances since it was all good brands. The place was near SM North Edsa which was very convenient. The place has several stores outside the building which were all at a walking distance. The best thing is that the room had board games which made our stay a lot more fun when we wanted to take a break from too much work. Would definitely be back! Thank you Hasita and Carlo for being such accommodating hosts!

Reason for my 5 star staycation rate on Fredericks place * Very clean and smelled good. * Kitchen is fully equipped , my brother in law is a chef and he is happy with the sharp knife😁. * All bedroom had tv and ac, comfortable bed and very clean bedsheets, * We're able to wash our dirty clothes coz it has washing with dryer. * CR is nice with hot and cold shower and a hair dryer😁 * We had ALEXA who spoil us with the music we love. * The view on our veranda is the best (42nd flr😅) we Enjoyed our morning and our evening snack there. * The place is near Ayala mall, public market and transportations. ( Walking distance) * Lastly Sir Frederick is very responssive and easy to deal with our booking. For a staycation in Quezon area I highly recommend this place. VERY COMFORTABLE AND CONVENIENT Kudos to the owner. 👏

Stayed here for 7 days. The host is very accommodating and responsive to me. The place is really worth its price. On my last day, I had to check out late since I still had a duty and the host willingly let me stay there till 7pm without extra pay. Thank you so much. I really felt at home during my stay.

My stay at Ms. Michelle's place was really relaxing and enjoyable. The location was great, allowed for some peace and quiet, and everything was clean, chic, and convenient! Two features that really stood out were the view from balcony and the bed - there were times I just didn't want to get up because it was just so cozy haha~ Highly recommended place and host! Ms. Michelle was really responsive and super helpful with everything, communication was smooth and she's very friendly. Will definitely stay again if given the chance :D
