Great access from the airport Terminal 3 via sky bridge, and the neighborhood is quiet, safe and clean. Check-in was very easy; just provide guest information in advance, and the receptionist on the ground floor assisted the check in progress very smoothly. The in-room Wi-Fi was at a satisfactory speed, and I was able to watch Netflix on the Smart TV. Listings are equipped with a kitchen and dishes and are within walking distance to a large supermarket. The pool area is comfortable and has a tropical atmosphere. I would definitely bookmark this listing for the next time I have an airport connection at NAIA T3.

Definitely, sulit ang bayad. We were looking for a place to stay during a scheduled power interruption, and this place truly saved us. Host: Napaka-responsive and respectful ng host. Mabilis magreply and sinasagot lahat ng inquiry ko. From reservation to payment, and to check in, mabilis kausap. They also checked in on us during our stay to see if we needed anything. Checked in: Yung instruction ay malinaw at napakadaling intindihin. We waited patiently for few minutes para masamahan kami sa unit and mabigyan kami ng instruction. They also gave us additional towel. The unit: My mom was impressed by how beautiful and clean the unit was, lalo na na sobrang linis sa bahay ng Mom ko. The rooms are clean, mabango at alam mong bagong palit yung blanket. At ang pinaka importante, kumpleto sa gamit, sobrang alaga ang guest sa unit na ito. Malinis din ang bathroom. Check out: we made sure na malinis ang room before we left based on isntruction. Babalik kami, sure yan.

We had an amazing stay at this place! It's incredibly accessible and spacious, with plenty of room to relax. The space is spotless and well-maintained, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Beinh able to unwind with Netflix was a nice touch. Crisalez was fantastic — super responsive and attentive, and she and her son truly went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The flexibility with check-in and checkout times was a major bonus, something not all places offer. We really appreciated that. Overall, it was a wonderful experience! Highly recommended!

The place was very much as described. The main reason i booked the place was the accessibility to almost everything; restaurants, public market, public transport, sports complex, laundry, supermarkets and near relatives and friends. Even though the place was a bit small for us it has everything in it. The check-in and checkout was very flexible. The host easily responded to every queries I asked. Amenities was great and caters to our liking. The guards and staffs are very friendly. Will definitely be coming back to the place on our next vacation trip to the Philippines.
