Monthly Rentals in City of Fremantle

I had a great stay because it met all my expectations. I wanted somewhere in an easy to access central and quiet location - with a view, close to amenities like a supermarket and that was easy to access with free parking and a well equipped kitchenette. This third floor apartment ticked all the boxes. It had lift and stair access and was clean and had a comfortable bed and lounge. I just wanted to relax and be able to cook my own meals. The little extras provided by Carmela and Martin, like salt, pepper, tea, sugar, coffee, milk, cooking oil and some herbs and spices was a great bonus. As I'm planning another trip to Fremantle, I'll definitely be looking to see if this apartment is available again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the apartment was located conveniently near food and Fremantle city centre. It was also a peaceful quiet estate and made us feel comfortable. Would recommend this lodging to anyone visiting Fremantle!

Amy’s loft is just gorgeous, it feels warm and inviting and has all the touches you would want in a home away from home. Plus the decor and vibe of the place is unmatched! Highly recommend and will definitely stay again! Only point to make is the spiral staircase is very tight so if you have a choice soft bags will be easier to move up and down over suitcases.

Anna & Rod were so nice & accommodating. One thing I didn't realise at the time of booking was that the studio was at the back of their house. You can use the side gate for entry but it's not a private entry - you have to go through their backyard. You share the yard and spa etc with them. Perhaps I didn't read the listing very well but for what I needed it wasn't quite suitable as I wanted a bit more privacy and space (which for the price, it was very small). all in all though they are lovely people and it's a cute little space that would probably be a fair deal if it was a little cheaper and they had clearer communication about the setup / access / shared areas.
