This accommodation is clean, comfortable and very well equipped. There are lots of lovely local walks and a couple of convenience stores and pubs within walking distance. There are lots location is peaceful with a nice outdoor courtyard garden. Occasionally footsteps can be heard from above the bedroom due to the accommodation being underneath part of the owner’s home.

Beautiful apartment in a very peaceful setting. Surprisingly spacious and we were very grateful for the little touches of wine, croissants and toiletries. The hosts were so helpful with recommendations and swift with replies. The bed was comfortable and the balcony was just gorgeous. Thank you so much! Couldn’t recommend this stay more.

It was absolutely wonderful. Everything was spotless and smelled great. All the facilities were in excellent condition. The lodge had a large, beautiful yard with a private entrance, and the hosts were incredibly kind and respectful. Overall, it was an excellent place to stay—I highly recommend it!

We absolutely loved this home and would love to stay again! It was immaculately clean, well equipped, and has a fab garden, which we were able to use a lot due to the gorgeous weather. Close to shops, great cafes and the beach. Really quick and helpful responses from hosts. We really appreciated the lovely welcome gift and the bucket and spade got a lot of use - thank you! We will definitely recommend to friends and family and will be back.

me and my sister stayed here to celebrate my sisters birthday and Chloes cottage was absolutely the perfect choice, the whole place was stunning and was in such an ideal little village. the place was spotless and had everything we might have needed to enjoy our stay. Would highly recomend visiting Ickworth estate too which is only a 20 minute drive away!

Rebecca’s property was as described and was extremely pleasant! Would stay here again for a short weekend.

To be honest I don't like leaving the type of review that I'm about to. The reason being that the Roundhouse was so wonderful that what I am about to write may make it harder to book again, as everyone should stay there at least once! The property is even more unique, and beautiful, than it looks in the photos. It may be hundreds of years old but it felt like home the second we walked in through the great, big, front door. All the creature comforts that a couple could need for a short break were there, and the welcome pack was a lovely touch. It has to be said that I think the shower alone was worth the price we paid for the weekend as it was the perfect strength and temperature in a lovely large enclosure. If you ever want to actually leave the property there is a short stroll back along the road to Finchingfield. The village is the definition of picture postcard. There are numerous places to eat but I highly recommend the homemade pizzas at the Finchingfield Lion!!

Beautiful cottage with everything you could need. We went with two kids and it was so nice not to have to pack the whole house/fridge for just one night. The kitchen was stocked with tea, coffee, fresh milk and bread, jam and butter! Everything was so easy and the landscaped garden is beautiful. On top of this we left behind an electric toothbrush which was posted back to us the day after we left :-)

My daughter and grand children (all grown up now) had a fabulous stay and loved every minute. The cottage and gardens were immaculate, I would definitely recommend it to friends and family. Thank you Clare on behalf of my family

I had the pleasure of staying at Ryan’s Airbnb for 52 nights, and it was an outstanding experience. From start to finish, Ryan was an excellent host—responsive, accommodating, and always available to address any questions or concerns. The space itself was well-maintained, and in a great neighborhood. It was quiet, safe, and conveniently located near the places I needed to be, with easy access to the Elizabeth Line, making transportation effortless. Everything about the stay was seamless, and I felt completely at home. If you’re looking for a top-notch Airbnb with a fantastic host, this is the place. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Had a great stay at Katy’s space. Everything was clean, comfortable and matched the description and we enjoyed the goodies Katy stocked the kitchen with to get us going! Great location - very close to everything we needed. If I was ever in Walton or Essex again would be happy to stay again. Communicating with Katy was very easy and she was happy to help with any questions!

I am a heavy travellers . I stayed so many places before. Hotels or flats. Aniesha’s flat is like a five star hotel suite! Very modern and stylish. The building is only 1.5years old. Very clean and the location is very convenient just in front of railway station and near supermarket and shopping center. Lots of restaurants nearby. It makes me feel like home. Thank you Aniesha! Aniesha is a very nice host. I already look forward to coming back again! Wish a merry Christmas and Happy new year.

We had a lovely time at Andrea's lovely apartment! Communication was brilliant and we were sent really useful information and recommendations ahead of our arrival for a smooth check-in and stay. David and Leslie are the kindest and most welcoming of hosts. They made me feel at home immediately, and nothing was too much trouble for them. They were very willing to accommodate my requests, and it was lovely to enjoy their hospitality in the garden. Their generosity was evident in the LWH - ensuring there were things for breakfast and a drink (even ice cold water in the fridge) to lovely cosmetics in the bathroom. And the LWH was spotless, beautifully kitted out and the bed was very, very comfortable. I had everything I needed for my short stay, and if I had needed something, I was reassured that all I should do was to ask. The LWH is a great place to stay to explore this part of Essex and is highly recommended. Thank you David and Leslie for all that you did to make my stay a memorable one.

A complete gem of an Airbnb and a delightful, helpful host in Fiona. The Annex is so spacious and comfortable. Fun days out exploring beautiful medieval local sites then back for drinks on the patio and a tasty supper from the amazing farm shop nearby. Our dog loved it too whizzing through the orchard fetching balls. We didn’t want to leave. Just fantastic.

Lovely 2 bed, ground level flat, tastefully decorated and clean. Really appreciated the toys left out for our toddler and books and games supplied. Well supplied kitchen with everything you need to cook for a family. Only small improvement that could be made would be the addition of a microwave, as there is room for one, it would have made warming milk more convenient. Quiet enough street and although parking off road wasn't possible we found spaces quite close, you just need to be good at a tight squeeze parallel park. Leigh on see town and beautiful belfairs park within walking distance and only 10 minute drive to Southend on see. Worked well for us to visit friends and was a lovely stay.

It's a really beautiful flat. Everything is elegant and stylish as well as comfortable. Very clean and decorated to a very high standard. The only thing I missed was some hangers and a full size ironing board and iron - I wear dresses and like to be able to hang them up. A large chest of drawers is provided but not really suitable for dresses. Lovely little outdoor suntrap with table and chairs. Great shower too!
