The Cottesloe Beach House was so beautiful, homely and in just a near perfect spot. Cottesloe is an amazing suburb in Perth, whether you're a beach goer or not. Absolutely beautiful area in the Western Suburbs and easy to get into the City or to Fremantle. With adjacent suburbs like Claremont the area also has wonderful eateries and shopping away from the beautiful beaches. This beach house is in a lovely quiet street around the corner from the ever-popular Daisies Cafe and just 5mins walk from a terrific IGA shopping complex with pharmacy and several dining options. When we walked into the house the hosts had set the place up amazingly with soft lighting, beautiful music and some warmth to help us escape from such an unusually cold day in the West. The beds were all super-comfy with soft bed linen and the open plan living flows from the kitchen all the way down to the pool deck and BBQ area. The kids were big fans! Also need to say that the hosts were so good to deal with. Thanks.

Having had to travel to Perth to attend appointments at Fiona Stanley Hospital, this was the perfect home base for us with all the comforts of home. Perfectly clean, well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Location was great, close to the hospital and shops just down the road.

Beautiful house. Lots of room and extras for a great 3 generation get together. Lovely and clean, large and roomy bedrooms with plenty of storage. Great communication. Would definitely recommend and hopefully return. Many thanks.

Our family loved our stay, felt very relaxed. Lovely outdoor area to enjoy the pool. Great location. House is on a quiet street close to lovely walks by the river. Shops short drive away. We stayed here with our kids and they absolutely loved it! The granny flat was a big hit, and they had so much fun feeding the cats. It’s a beautiful home, full of character, and the space is so cleverly used.

The property is huge and perfect for family retreat. The location might be a bit off from key attractions but its proximity to Fremantle/Mandurah/Rockingham simply excellent for those likes beaches and outdoor activities.

We loved Amber & Phil’s home. Honestly, this is an example of a truly amazing Airbnb. We felt very welcomed at Amber & Phil's place and had everything we needed to feel at home. Amber & Phil provided such a lovely care package with toys to keep my little one busy. She loved the toys provided. Location is awesome between Cottesloe and Fremantle. There is a lovely cafe just down the road. We had great communucation with Amber & Phil throughout our stay. We truly and highly recommend this listing as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had an amazing experience staying at this house. The place was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Adrian and Jo were incredibly kind and responsive. We were especially grateful for their flexibility with check-in and check-out times, which made our travel day so much smoother. You can really tell they care about their guests’ experience. Great place to stay. Extremely clean and comfortable. Excellent location, easy to get to Fremantle and locations in Perth. All the facilities you need for a stay away for home. Would highly recommend.

Was just what we needed. Clean and easy to be in. Great blockout curtains, and one level. A small step into the shower but manageable for my elderly mum. Was a nice place to stay away from hustle and traffic.

Had the best 4 week stay here ever! After 4.5 months of travelling SEA we needed somewhere homely to start our new adventure in aus. Nicole’s place was perfect, the location was amazing less than 5 min walk to the beach which was my favourite thing. Very clean and had everything you needed for your stay. 2 min walk from bars and restaurants etc. Also appreciated the information booklet. Would love to stay again☺️

Nang's place was amazing! We were a group of 3 families and the side by side units was extremely convenient. The place was spotless and made us feel right at home, with all amenities provided for. We had a bunch of kids and the availability of the cot, high chair and plenty of toys was very thoughtful! Location is great, and just a short drive to the city. Nang was also responsive all the time and catered promptly to our requests. Other than the lack of facial tissues and the air fryer that wasn't cleaned properly, everything was perfect! Thank you for the lovely stay. We will be back here the next time we're in Perth!

We once again had a memorable stay at Light and Bright Bicton with our host Gill sharing local tips and restaurant recommendations. Gill went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay . He was always responsive and communicated well with each part of our stay . The bnb was very clean and comfortable and I would have no hesitation in recommending Light and Bright Bicton to anybody visiting the area

Nang's house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked and we appreciated the toys and games that kept our kids busy. Nang was also quick to respond to any messages. We had a great stay and would choose to stay again next time.

Always efficiently answering any questions and helping out prior to taking residence. Ensuring we were welcomed with pleasure by David. Contactable throughout our stay and yet leaving us to our own privacy. Vacating was hard as we would have loved to stay longer. The worst thing about it was that we didn't get to meet Shirley personally. What a wonderful time!

Perfect place to stay- nice and quiet neighbourhood, walking distance to a cafe. Not far from Freo. To have 3 bedrooms was perfect for our trip as we came for a work trip. Thanks so much Trevor

Beautiful gem in South Freo. As a group of friends, we appreciated the spacious home, the split levels allowed us to have our own space while also spending quality time together in the communal areas. It was handy to have 2 entrances to chose from depending if we were going to nearby cafes & restaurants or for a stroll to the beach. While we absolutely loved the bedroom at the top level with beautiful balcony &open plan mezzanine that overlooks the lounge - future guests should note that while there is privacy in terms of the bed, if other guests stay up later in the lounge room it is noticeable to the top bedroom as the mezzanine overlooks the lounge so others in the lounge can be heard & lights on. It was not a problem for us but something to note. Also for future guests there is a freight train that runs across the road which can be heard from the upstairs bedroom overnight, again not a problem for us. Great location, peaceful area & hosts super responsive & helpful. Thanks!

The property was everything as described. Spacious house and surroundings, clean, well appointed, equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Check in was easy and flexible, just get the keys from the lock box and we were inside. The neighbourhood was really peaceful which is great for a light sleeper like me, yet it’s walking distance to Kardinya shopping arcade for supermarkets (and that’s a deliberate plural!), food and items. We had some business at Murdoch University and it was really convenient. 15 mins drive to Fremantle, easy connection to city centre, Swan Valley etc. The only small gripe was the door to the backyard wasn’t working so we couldn’t enjoy the area with the beautiful sunshine, but the host quickly offered to come fix it, which made us feel well cared for. I had a lovely stay. Would definitely recommend friends and family to come!
