Holiday rentals with a hot tub in City of Cockburn

Booked this for my step mother to be close to Fiona Stanley Hospital while my dad was admitted for surgery. She said Sandy was very lovely and welcoming and the room was exactly what she needed.

Shirley and Fab (and BB!) are wonderful, attentive hosts and make you feel right at home! The house is peaceful and homely with everything you could need and a lovely outdoor space and are very welcome to make use of the kitchen and living areas, with designated space in the fridge and cupboard and access to cooking equipment. I loved the garden area as a shady and tranquil place to relax. The room is perfect with a very comfortable bed and your own bathroom facilities to use down the hall. The area is in a quiet neighbourhood within walking distance to supermarket and is well connected with regular public transport to get into Perth city, Fremantle and local suburbs - bus stops are just a few minutes walk away. Fab and Shirley are very easy going and lovely to chat to and I highly recommend their place as a home away from home!

A super clean, quiet and peaceful place. Nice kitchen, room and bathroom. Not too far from shops and not too far from the beach.

Scott was very helpful and allowed us to leave our luggage a few hours prior to check in. Location is very close to Cockburn central train station, with quick access to the city. Be mindful the bus to train station comes once every hour, so trips should be planned accordingly. The house is beautiful, clean and quiet. The hot tub is a special treat at the end of the day. Will recommend to anyone visiting Perth.

Simon's place was very convenient and comfortable. I was there for medical appointments and recovery, and Simon's place was a perfect fit. It's walking distance (under 2km) to a gym (Leeming Recreation Centre has memberships for under $30 per fortnight), fast-food, convenience store, and a nearby plaza (Leeming Shopping Forum). It's also under 2km to Murdoch & Fiona Stanley Hospitals. The place was clean and quiet. Simon's was very friendly and helpful while I was there. It was a pleasant stay and I'd book again next time I'm in the area.

Sarah and her husband are awesome hosts. Wow there doggie is such a magnificent house mate. To stay here was so relaxing and convenient to everywhere. You won't regret staying with Sarah. If are feeling lonely you won't for long the doggie will give you heaps of affectionate.

An absolutely wonderful stay and allowed for me and my mates to settle in to Perth wonderfully and extremely comfortably. The place is super clean and the hosts are super responsive and attentive. would definitely recommend for a week or longer stay.

Beautiful place, very quiet yet close to beach & local restaurants/amenities. Secure parking & visitor parking (handy for us as we were visiting our son). Host very welcoming and responsive. Apartment lovely has everything you need and more, was very cosy on an evening. Garden & hot tub was gorgeous too! Welcome gifts on arrival snacks & wine! Overall a hidden gem would definitely stay again & recommend to others. Thank you Neil & Anita for a fabulous stay!

I highly recommend Robert’s place! It’s in a great location (5 minute walk to the beach!), is very spacious, clean and has lots of amenities. Robert is a very friendly and responsive host and was flexible with my check in which was greatly appreciated! I would definitely stay here again if I returned to Perth!
