Located 15 minutes by car from the forest, 30 minutes from the sea and 5-10 minutes from all amenities.

Suite in a Caen stone farmhouse. Our cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. In a hamlet of the Pays d'Auge, 2.5 km from the village, along the road. The house is surrounded by a large plot of 3000 m2. A large hedge surrounds the land and isolates it from the outside. Close to the Château de Canon 7 km away, the sea (Cabourg beach, Merville-Franceville, Ouistreham, etc.) is 30 minutes away, Caen and Falaise are quickly accessible. The calm is appreciated!

Old house of character at the end of the 18th century recently renovated. The proposed place is 2/3 of the building on the left side. On foot, you can walk to one of its many restaurants unless you prefer to go directly to the fish market located less than 100 meters away and come back for lunch on its exceptional terrace.
