There are grounds of 3 ha, a covered courtyard with garden furniture and a bbq. Activities : table tennis and table football. Many hiking trails at short distance.

Located 15 minutes by car from the forest, 30 minutes from the sea and 5-10 minutes from all amenities.

The house is surrounded by a large plot of 3000 m2. A large hedge surrounds the land and isolates it from the outside. Close to the Château de Canon 7 km away, the sea (Cabourg beach, Merville-Franceville, Ouistreham, etc.) is 30 minutes away, Caen and Falaise are quickly accessible. The calm is appreciated!
