Suite in a longhouse in stone of Caen. Our cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. In a hamlet of the Pays d 'Auge, 2.5 km from the village, by the roadside. The house is surrounded by a large plot of 3000m2. A large hedge surrounds the land and isolates it from the outside. Close to the Château de Canon 7 km away, the sea (Cabourg beach, Merville-Franceville, Ouistreham, ...) is 30 min away, Caen and Falaise are quickly accessible. The calm is appreciable!

If you like the charm of the old, this place is for you. 100m from the Abbey of the Ladies, in a small quiet street, the city center is less than 10 minutes walk: Vaugueux district, port, castle, ... Parking is free in the neighborhood. We live next door and can easily help you if needed.

Village very well located on Caen axis (8 min ring road, 20 min Caen center)/Falaise (20 min), 25 min Ouistreham, 40 min Arromanches, 30 min Suisse Normande (Clécy). Garden area with table and chairs to enjoy meals under the Normandy sun! Those intolerant to the songs of chickens should refrain, the cottage is close to a hen house, which can be a nuisance for people not used to or refractory to country noises. No wifi - 4G network

Charming refurbished studio. It has a real sleeping area with a queen size bed (160 x 200). A fitted and equipped kitchen. Smart TV with Netflix, Prime Video and Molotov account provided. To make your night or stay more enjoyable, bed linen and towels are provided. Guests can also relax in the small private garden that is not overlooked and equipped with a charcoal barbecue. Parking in a closed private courtyard with a gate.

Close to the city center, bars, restaurants (14-min walk to the pedestrian square Saint-Sauveur) and shops (supermarket 8-min walk). Great for a peaceful stay for couples, families or for a business trip.
