Il portinaio Shiran è sempre in loco dal lunedì al venerdì, dalle 8,30 alle 13,00. Gli Ospiti possono altresì pigiare il pulsante n. 7 del citofono: V'è sempre qualcuno a casa pronto ad accoglierli. L'Host vive nello stesso stabile e assicura la propria costante presenza e disponibilità nel ricevere gli ospiti al loro arrivo. 2) Check-in in orari diversi Nell'ipotesi in cui gli Ospiti arrivino a qualsivoglia ora del giorno o della notte, sarà opportuno avvisare per tempo l'Host e concordare un orario di arrivo approssimativo. L'Host in ogni caso è sempre disponibile h24 o su Airbnb o sul proprio telefono personale (+39 339 31 99 131). IL GIORNO DEL PROPRIO ARRIVO, GLI OSPITI TROVERANNO SEMPRE QUALCUNO AD ACCOGLIERLI. Questo è quanto! L'Host si rende sempre disponibile, laddove richiesto, ad aiutare gli Ospiti a trasportare le proprie valigie fuori dall'appartamento. The apartment is on the mezzanine floor of a very charming Lombard Baroque-style building, and is completely renovated. The floors are in marble cast in mosaic or wood decorated with inlays, there are vintage chandeliers, stucco and original wood paneling of the house completely renovated. The square footage is very large and comfortable. The apartment consists of: a large double living room with TV connected to super fast fiber internet and a large and comfortable sofa, connected by an arch to the dining room with table and 8 chairs. The kitchen with table for 8/10 people, has induction burners, oven, dishwasher, is perfectly equipped and functional. There are four bedrooms. Two are double (one overlooking the very quiet internal courtyard and one on the street). The two single bedrooms (one overlooking the street and one on the courtyard) can be equipped with a single bed or two beds as needed. The bathroom, completely new, is equipped with a spacious glass shower cabin, and wooden parquet flooring. The apartment is also connected, by means of a wonderful spiral staircase in decorated wrought iron, to a large tavern with a fully renovated bathroom, large glass shower cabin, washing machine, drying rack, ironing board.
