The villa was very clean and as in the photos the owners are concerned about our well-being. They even advised us on activities and finding good restaurants. I would highly recommend it. I have been using this platform for 7 years. I use AirBnb for most of my domestic and international travels. Among all my travels, Mr. Burhan's house was definitely the best quality, the most "homely", the most friendly, the most comfortable and definitely the cleanest. The house is designed to cover and accommodate everything you need. 5 ultra-luxurious rooms, each with a separate bathroom and toilet, were delivered sparkling clean. The housekeepers are available 24 hours a day to respond to your support requests and fulfill almost any request. Mr. Burhan asked if we had a request every day, he was incredibly helpful. Every part of the house is designed with a sense of luxury. From the 100" TV in the living room to the pool ceramics, even the finest details are equipped with the highest quality products. Privacy and confidentiality are highly valued. The security of the house is very well provided. I will choose Mr. Burhan's house without hesitation for my future travels.

We were in contact with Mr. Ferhat until the day of accommodation, and he provided quick and solution-oriented answers to the questions. On the day of our stay, we met Ms. Sebiha, and even in the phone conversation, her sincere and heartfelt voice is enough to comfort you. Everything was so perfect that I can say that we had a home in Çeşme that we will come back to:) Everywhere was sparkling clean and smelled clean:) The gesture Ms. Sebiha made for our breakfast was very thoughtful. Every detail in the house was perfect in one word. It was a very nice and very subtle act of Mrs. Sebiha to pour water behind us and make good wishes while sending us off. We thank Mr. Ferhat and his mother Ms. Sebiha again for everything.

We were more than satisfied, the location was not unknown to us and accordingly great. The villa was the same as in the pictures. Lars and Hümeyra were great hosts, we always got a quick response. A contact person was directly available for questions. I would always book the place again and 100% recommend it! We were 6th and all more than happy. The furnishings were mega.

It was a great experience for us to stay in this beautiful house during our holiday in Çeşme. The location of the house was very central and safe, very comfortable in terms of transportation and surrounding facilities. Alacati is 7 minutes by car from the bazaar. The order and cleanliness of the house was very good; there was a small problem with the cleaning at the first entrance, but Mr. Engin solved the situation very understandingly and quickly, and even made a gesture by giving us +1 day as a gift. We would also like to thank you for this approach and hospitality. Everything we needed was available at home: air conditioning, clean sheets and towels, kitchen equipment was complete. The interior was spacious and tastefully furnished, every detail necessary for a comfortable holiday was considered. Our host was very caring, solution-oriented and respectful. I can recommend it with peace of mind to those who want to stay in this house. I recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable and enjoyable stay in Çeşme.

It has a beautiful garden, a patio suitable for barbecuing and a sea view. The view from the balcony upstairs is also beautiful and peaceful. There are two bedrooms upstairs; the fact that the beds were new was a big plus for us. Downstairs, there is a living room with a fireplace, an open kitchen, and a toilet. The house is designed in a very stylish and tasteful way in general. The air conditioning on both the upper and lower floors provided great comfort; despite the hot weather, we were never overwhelmed. The sea can be reached by car in a maximum of 10 minutes. Its proximity to Gelinkaya Beach, Mavi Beach, Çeşmealtı Beach and Urla centre is also a great advantage. Everything that may be needed at home has been considered, there is nothing missing – I can even say that there is more. We would like to stay in this beautiful summer house again as soon as possible. We would also like to thank Mr. Haluk and Ms. Yeşim. They were very helpful in every aspect, and they made our holiday even more enjoyable with their smiling faces and interest.

Ms. Berna was always accessible. I reached her comfortably in case of need. The house was exactly as it was in the photos and I was very pleased. I didn't expect it to be this nice. It was quiet and very comfortable with transportation. It was much nicer with the little lives in the garden ☺️

A peaceful, clean, and great villa. Ms. Seda was responsive, helpful, and provided us with many great suggestions about the neighborhood.

The location of the house is enough with more. Shopping, entertainment, sea and walking are possible within walking distance. The house is quite comfortable, the items are more than enough. Everything you will feel at home is available. We had a pleasant time on the terrace with a panaoramic sea view.

We were traveling for work and had chosen this villa. Unfortunately, shortly before our stay, the booked villa had an electricity problem which was immediately communicated by Adilcan. He also had a replacement villa ready for us and we were allowed to enter the booked villa the next day. It is very elevated so it was very windy up there, which Adilcan had also written before. Unfortunately, you could also notice this inside because the blinds and windows rattled and some leaked. Must say that we were there in January (probably not noticeable in the summer). Otherwise, everything was super already furnished with 3 bedrooms, 2 shower bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with automatic coffee machine. The bedrooms on the upper floor had a fantastic room height, each room with electric external blinds. Wifi and smart TV were sufficient, as soon as several devices had connected it partially collapsed. We will be happy to come back.

The house was clean and tidy. It was easy to get to. Everything that could be needed in the house was enough. We had a relaxing holiday as a family with 2 children.

It was a perfect house in every way. Ms. Özlem and her husband are really caring, thoughtful and helpful people. It is really a location that I will choose every time I come to Izmir and feel at home. I would like to thank Ms. Özlem and her husband very much.

If you are going to stay in Izmir as a couple, you can choose Mr. Osman directly without thinking about it. I don't know where to start, which one to tell, but I can briefly say that it was a great experience for my family and me. Nily was an extremely caring, perfect host who responded very quickly to all your questions :) I can't describe the house in words. It's as if we've gone back in time, but new things we love today have come with us on this journey. A magnificent blend of yesterday and today. Everything you need is abundantly available in and around the house. Especially that backyard will really take all your tiredness, you can be sure of that :) In addition, the house is close to many places and we had no problems at the transportation point. We fit 9 people comfortably. All the beds were comfortable and clean. Mr. Mustafa is also very caring and understanding. The location of the house is already very close to all the stops, you can easily walk around. Thank you so much for everything.
