The Little Secret

We welcome you to our "Maison du Gardien" ( The Caretaker’s House) a 19th Century distiller's house which has been lovingly renovated to create a place of contemporary design, contemplation and relaxation. Located next to our own home you can enjoy an evening meal on your own private terrace but also get the use of our pool, gym, bikes and parking on our gated property. The two bedroom house is light and airy with beautiful views over our garden which reaches down to the river Charente.

Need to breathe and relax? Then a stay at Piron's will probably do you good. Located in the middle of the vineyards in the south of the Charente Maritime, the cottage has been renovated while thinking about your comfort. We preserve its old character by keeping the old wooden frames as well as the rubble walls. You will find 3 bedrooms for 6 people and a heated swimming pool. Aubeterre sur Dronne, Saint Emilion, among the most beautiful villages in France are to be discovered.

Charentais house

come and discover this charming 140 m2 Charentais house located in the heart of the Grande Champagne that can accommodate up to 6 people and a baby with views of the countryside and vineyards in Juillac-le-Coq, which is 15 min from Cognac, 5 min from Segonzac. A few steps away, white paths invite you to long walks by bike or on foot. Electric bikes and mountain bikes are available nearby, with the possibility of direct delivery to the accommodation to explore the local area.

Peaceful haven in the heart of the Charentais vineyard

In the heart of the Grande Champagne, in a 17th century farmhouse, this 130 m2 accommodation can accommodate 6 people but can accommodate up to 12 people during the day (large dining room). This accommodation has all the amenities: high-speed Wi-Fi, home cinema (Netflix, Prime Video...), laundry room with washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with 4 burners (induction, and ceramic glass), a traditional oven and a microwave oven. The floor is air-conditioned.

The mill house

At the heart of the Charente vineyards, old mill of the late 18th century completely renovated with heated pool and jacuzzi. Quiet on the edge of a small village, by the river and only 4 km from Pons, near Cognac, Bordeaux, Royan, La Rochelle ... All rooms are equipped with storage, queen size beds, televisions. Satin sheets and towels are provided. The fully equipped kitchen with 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens and a large cooking piano. Fiber internet connection.

Near Cognac (just 15 minutes away) you can enjoy the calm of the countryside, its spa from May to September (30th or 50th per week) and only on request, its atypical village and many hilly paths for hikes or family walks.
