Olga and Jorge’s home was an absolute delight. Perfectly located in the heart of Donostia, it’s beautifully decorated with thoughtful attention to detail throughout. The apartment is exceptionally well-equipped and generously stocked with amenities—Olga and Jorge have truly thought of everything to make their guests feel at home. Their warmth and hospitality were unmatched, and they provided us with many helpful tips and local insights. The use of their parking space was an added bonus and made exploring the area even easier. San Sebastián itself is incredible, and this home made our stay all the more memorable. We didn’t want to leave and hope to return someday. With San Martin Square just outside the door—featuring a supermarket, cafés, and great shopping—and the beach only steps away, the location couldn’t be better. One of the best Airbnb stays we’ve ever had.

This is a lovely apartment in a very special place. Really cosy and comfortable with wonderful buildings all around. Great bars and restaurants on the doorstep too. Alvaro was really helpful getting us settled and providing lots of tips on the locality. He helped us find a parking spot and took us to the apartment - you have to park your car a few minutes away. Parking is scarce so once parked we didn’t move the car. Not a problem as we were only here a couple of nights and everything is walkable. Highly recommended.

We have a great stay in Santiago’s apartment, superb location at the edge of The Old Town and close to the beach. It was spotless and look exactly like the photos! He was extremely responsive and helpful. We would recommend and we would return!

Had a great time at this place! The apartment is as described, very clean, well-equipped and conveniently located. The real highlight is the view of the sea: absolutely incredible, especially at sunset. A real happiness on a daily basis. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. The host was very responsive and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. We had a wonderful stay in Donostia at Inigo’s stylish apartment. The host was super communicative throughout and had thought of everything to make our stay a success - from the drinks in the fridge to greet us to the beach bag in the cupboard. We had high hopes for the location and view and it didn’t disappoint- it was such a joy to watch the sunsets over the bay from the terrace, and only a stone’s throw from the beautiful, sandy La Concha beach for swimming, running, walking and relaxing. Everything was walkable from the apartment - we didn’t have to take taxis or public transport once. The perfect spot for a chilled out and sophisticated mini-break - and our teenagers were blown away too.

We had a great weekend in this beautiful area. The place is close to the city center which is nice. Plus, the apartment was clean and tidy. Very welcoming small terrace where we were able to share meals with the family. We found it very comfortable and felt right at home with our 3 children. We're even thinking about booking again. We had a good stay, and most importantly would stay again. This is very much an airbnb flat with comfortable beds, nice shower, washer / dryer, and basic kitchen. The location is what makes it stand out, and the easy access to the city made the slightly funky living room and small kitchen unimportant. The hosts were great communicators, with clear check in instructions and great parking tips. We had some issues during the stay- -partying neighbors having a jam session from 1-3am, part of Saturday night in a city and it’s a very old building. - this unit shares an entry way with another unit that’s also managed by this host. The guests staying in the other unit were smoking inside and the smoke filled the entry way and flowed into our unit. The hosts asked them to stop, which they did for a short while, and then started again. Luckily we only had one day crossover, but was unfortunate. The hosts did their best

We had a great stay at Sharon and Joop's accommodation. The latter is well thought out, accessible, pleasant and you feel good there. Being able to park next to the accommodation is a real advantage. We really enjoyed this place which is very well maintained, very clean inside the accommodation as well as outside. The welcome was very pleasant from the hosts, always concerned about the well-being of the tenants. The explanations are clear. We recommend a visit to Sharon and Joop without worries.

impeccable accommodation, great location

Extremely well located accommodation 2 steps from the beach, a few bars by the sea nearby. Centre easily accessible by car. The accommodation is very clean, functional and quiet (despite the proximity of the campsite). Small downside with unsecured staircase (accommodation on the first floor) and 2 windows in the bedroom without shutters that required a little adaptation with a walking baby. Very good communication with Paul. We'll be happy to go back.

8 of us ( 3 generations) enjoyed Patricia's house & the exceptional, ever changing views. The house was spotless & very well equipped for lots of cooking. We were blessed with glorious weather which meant we were never forced to sit indoors as the comfy seating is a bit lacking for more than 6 people, although there is plenty outdoors. The sunshine enabled us to go out every day, walking, or with the numerous public transport options, so a car is not necessarily needed. Patricia was very helpful & informative, showing some of us around & offering tips, but a house manual with local information & recommendations would be a useful extra. Thank you Patricia.

The accommodation is faithful to the description and photos. Very peaceful and functional. We really enjoyed the very bright living room and the two terraces. Stéphanie was clear in her instructions and always available. We are delighted with our stay!

Joel's apartment is located in a quiet residence with parking. It is a comfortable and well-equipped apartment. Ideal location: close to beaches, restaurants, shops and market halls.

Apartment with a beautiful view of Notre-Dame beach in Capbreton. It is not very large but well arranged and has all the necessary space for 2 people. We were greeted by the owner's father who was extremely kind. There were also 2 bikes available, which is a real plus for getting around the city.

The quality of the accommodation and especially its size and the presence of a large terrace, which we really appreciated, confirmed the choice we made In addition, we met Antoine and Martine who introduced us to their accommodation, taking their time. it's warmer than a key box, a system that unfortunately tends to become widespread

I recommend this accommodation for those looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating place. Our 6-year-old children were delighted to be able to play on the fronton court and also enjoy the pool. The kitchen is well equipped so we were able to cook and eat on the terrace to enjoy the view and the quiet. A car (a parking space is available) is a plus if you stay there out of season and want to visit the surroundings too.
