Wunderschöne 2 1/2 -Penthouse-Dachwohnung mit persönlichem Eingang auf 1'670 m ü.M. mit Blick auf den Heidsee und das ganze Tal. Im Winter Skipiste direkt vor dem Haus, im Sommer umgeben von blühenden Alpwiesen zum Spielen und Verweilen in der Natur – mitten im Wandergebiet. The renovated 3.5-room holiday apartment is located on the quiet outskirts of Churwalden, a charming village that serves as the gateway to the Arosa-Lenzerheide ski area. The village center, with shops, restaurants, a swimming pool, an ice rink, and cable cars, is a maximum of 10 minutes on foot. The return journey from the ski area to the house is possible with skis, or alternatively, the bus can be used. The Furnerschhus bus stop is located about 100 meters from the apartment.

Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

The place has a spectacular summer toboggan run. The center with shopping, outdoor pool / ice rink, as well as all lift stations are within 10 minutes' walk. The return trip from the slopes to the house is possible by skis or bus.

A perfect getaway for every season: for hiking, biking, skiing, working or vacationing in the mountains.
