Since fall 2019, the cottage has been shining above Flims at 1500 meters above sea level. During construction, great attention was paid to quality, regionality and above all longevity, as well as attention to detail – these are the ingredients that make our cottage so unique! The fantastic location promises a lot of peace and quiet all year round, ski-in and ski-out in winter as well as in summer, hiking or bike tours right on your doorstep far away from the hustle and bustle and noise. Mountain Holidays near Lenzerheide | Frauenschuh

The renovated 3.5-room holiday apartment is located on the quiet outskirts of Churwalden, a charming village that serves as the gateway to the Arosa-Lenzerheide ski area. The village center, with shops, restaurants, a swimming pool, an ice rink, and cable cars, is a maximum of 10 minutes on foot. The return journey from the ski area to the house is possible with skis, or alternatively, the bus can be used. The Furnerschhus bus stop is located about 100 meters from the apartment.

The apartment (30 m²) is part of a single-family home, which was completed in December 2018 and has its own entrance. The apartment has a new kitchen incl. a dishwasher, as well as full equipment to prepare magical menus. A small toilet with sink and a separate shower offer every comfort you could wish for on vacation. Shuttle to the mountain railways, Laax, Falera, Fidaz, Bargis in max. 5 minutes, Caumasee is a 15-minute walk away.

The family-friendly 75 sqm (3.5 rooms) ground floor apartment is located on the outskirts of Churwalden. The pretty Grisons village, the entry portal to the Arosa-Lenzerheide ski resort. The place has a spectacular summer toboggan run. The center with shopping, outdoor pool / ice rink, as well as all lift stations are within 10 minutes' walk. The return trip from the slopes to the house is possible by skis or bus.

Cozy and central: Studio with free parking

The beautiful spacious studio (29 m² and 8 m² balcony) is centrally and quietly located in Valbella, just before Lenzerheide, in the Arosa-Lenzerheide vacation region. It is very well served by public transport (3-minute walk to the Valbella Dorf stop) or by car (free underground parking included). A perfect getaway for every season: for hiking, biking, skiing, working or vacationing in the mountains.
