At first glance, the Kobe-based Nishimura Group, an abandoned house renovation group, felt the potential of the place that had finished its role and set its sights on it. In August 2023, they opened an "art hotel where you can stay" based on the concept of "urban secret base". The total area is 93 m². The entire 3-story building has been renovated. * The hotel part is on the 2nd and 3rd floor & rooftop The second floor is a living space and the third floor is a separate bedroom, so it can be used by couples, families, and groups. The interior takes advantage of the texture of the concrete and is an open space with the ceiling removed. The stylish design, unimaginable from the old appearance, will stimulate your senses. Nishimura Residence is a traditional Nara machiya (townhouse) that is over 110 years old.In 2019, I renovated ‘Grandma’s place’, where I spent a lot of time as a child, and opened it as an accommodation.As the Nara machiya has been preserved in its original state, it can be quite inconvenient at times, and it is not a luxurious hotel where everything is provided. 　Instead, I believe there is no better place than Naramachi to soak up the ‘comfortable rustic’ atmosphere that permeates the town.We provide books in the room and a vegetarian breakfast in the hope that this environment, away from the hustle and bustle of the station, will help guests ‘reflect and recover’.(You can purchase almost all of the books in the room.) 　Please spend tonight in the tranquillity of the Nishimura residence and Nara-cho, listening to the voice of your own heart.

Two single bed mattresses, 1 single extra bed, There is one futon mattress and one futon. We use single coil mattresses made by Simmons in the United States. Single beds are separated. For 3 people, we will provide an extra bed or futon mattress. We have plenty of kitchen utensils. It's spacious and you can also enjoy cooking. It takes about 5 minutes on foot to get to the market, where you can find fresh ingredients such as greengrocers, fishmongers, and butchers. There are many recommended shops, such as cozy taverns and cute cafes. Coffee and breakfast from nearby coffee shops can be delivered. Located in the southern part of Osaka, a very quiet residential area. 10 minutes away from the nearest subway station, Kishinosato.
