A building where you can stay while feeling the region

A property that had been vacant for about 3 years in the "Kami-Miyazu" area, which boasts countryside scenery and is about a 10-minute drive from the center of Miyazu, was renovated into a private rental accommodation. It is 10 minutes to the sea, 15 minutes to Amanohashidate, and 45 minutes to Ine no Funaya. It is not a particularly beautiful facility, but you can spend a relaxing time unique to the area. Basically, we don't serve food, but if you'd like, you can book a breakfast onigiri set at the nearby onigiri cafe, which is limited to our facility (for a fee) We can also introduce you to local people, BBQ, harvesting experiences, e-bike tours in the area, and more. Please check with me in advanced. BBQ is also available for rent as a set for ¥2,200. (Chairs, stove, charcoal, lighter, from preparation to cleaning up) Food is not included. Please bring your own. We do not allow BBQs outside of rentals. In the garage, in addition to BBQ, you can do bicycle and motorcycle maintenance without getting wet from the rain. This is an ocean view unit on the most ocean side of the building called Gem base in Suma. (Room No.1) During the summer beach season (July and August), the beach house and the BBQ restaurant next door are open, so it gets busy until around 9 pm. Because the railroad is near, you will hear the sound of the train driving. Paid parking is not available onsite, so pay parking is available nearby. The interior is the main accommodation room on the second floor, and the first floor is a large free space (with a sofa bed) that can be used freely, not only for couples and friends, but also from families with small children to business travelers. You can also enjoy a BBQ on the large lawn terrace facing the sea on the premises♪ (please use the electric griddle hot plate and extension cord provided in the room.No charcoal available) The neighborhood is a windsurfing shop, so you can rent a sup, have a windsurfing school, or try a marine sport!(Reservation required) 4-minute walk from Suma Station along the beach!
