Monthly Rentals in Chuo City

The place was in a convenient location and was close by the grocery. Space was very minimalist and has a staircase access going to the second floor. We were 5 adults, 2 kids and an infant and we booked last minute so the amenities prepared were for 4 that time. It was hard to manage the heater since the breaker would get tripped when we had to run the heater on all the rooms and was told to run the heater one at a time. During this time , it was an unusually cold winter and it was hard to manage with all the kids freezing. I suggest to bundle up or bring some hand warmers.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s literally like walking into a Japanese Grandma’s house, complete with vintage touches. Would love to stay here again next time we’re in Kofu!

A very nice & warm house. We enjoy the time stay there. The road to the house is quite small. Not suggest to arrive too late.

It was very easy to spend!There were two sinks, shower rooms, toilets, etc. Even four women were able to prepare smoothly and I was satisfied.The futon and mattress were fluffy and comfortable to sleep in.
