Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Chuo City

We had a fantastic stay! Nobu was an incredibly gracious and accommodating host — always quick to respond and willing to help with anything. When we weren’t sure where my girlfriend’s brother was after arriving in town, Nobu kindly called the hotel to help us find him. He even left us a thoughtful gift at the end of our stay and reimbursed us some yen due to a previous guest’s accident, which showed great care and honesty. The apartment was spotless, neatly organized, and comforting — peaceful and quiet, away from the busy crowds. It had everything we needed: a full kitchen, utensils, washer/dryer, and super easy check-in. The location was perfect — just a short walk to the train station. Getting to Shibuya, Shinjuku, and other areas in Tokyo was quick and easy. There were lots of places to eat nearby, and a 7-Eleven just down the alley. Highly recommend this stay over a hotel!

I really enjoyed my stay at this Airbnb. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and just as shown in the photos. Everything I needed was provided, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. The host was kind, responsive, and made the whole process very easy. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. I’d happily stay here again and can fully recommend it to others.

Had an excellent week long stay here. Mitsuru-San, the host, communicated very well and made sure I had everything I needed. The area itself is quiet, close to the station, and near some nice restaurants. Recommend for those looking for a convenient and comfortable stay

loved this location! lots of lovely cafes and restaurants less than an 8min walk away, 7/11 & grocery store basically next door - relatively close to public transport! the home in itself was clean and well kept, spacious enough for 3 people considering most our time spent there is to relax and sleep! highly recommend :)

Great place that has a front desk. Staff is super nice and responsive. About a 7 min walk to Kuramae station (which we used quite a bit) and 12 min from Asakusa station (which we used to get a direct train to Narita airport). The room is very clean and has a washer/dryer which was very useful on the last leg of our trip. It was also pretty quiet so if noise bothers you, this is a good choice. Beds were comfortable and it was perfect space for 2 people (although im sure you can make more fit). All in all, great experience and would definitely stay here when we are back in Tokyo again. Gimmicky. I want to get that out of the way right now. This property is capitalizing off of having an onsen nearby with traditional looking Japanese bedding and decor. That's what got me, and it might be what's getting you...I would say that's probably not worth it. The place itself is fine. The bedding is fine, but in the end I chose this place over other cheaper options for the novelty, I feel I could have gotten a little bit better value elsewhere, but still overall happy with what I got and what I paid. I used the onsen once during my two week stay. I really like onsens, but this one is small, busy, and I just wasn't a fan. Service was awesome. He spoke great English, and helped me bring my heavy luggage up the stairs to my room. Overall, despite starting out critical here, this place is really nice and I like the quiet area next to nice walking paths. Lastly, I wish the place had a small dining table and chairs. You basically have to eat at a small low table on the floor.

The apartment is comfortable, well organized, and very convenient for travelers. It’s located within walking distance of multiple train and bus stations, making it easy to get around Tokyo. Several attractions, including Tokyo Tower, are also nearby. The kitchen is practical for preparing simple meals, and the washing machine is a great bonus.

Our stay in Tokyo was truly special thanks to this wonderful family. They were incredibly communicative, helpful, and thoughtful-when they heard we were celebrating a birthday, they went out of their way to celebrate with us. The house is in a peaceful, convenient neighborhood with plenty of amenities nearby. Honestly, I'd recommend staying here just for the hosts alone-the comfort of the home and the charm of the area are just added bonuses.

Yoshi’s home was perfect for our group of 8 to stay in. There was plenty of space for us to relax and spread out a bit, and the rooftop views of the Skytree can’t be beat! Yoshi is a very helpful and responsive host, and even recommended some of the services they offer such as rides to and from the airports, which was very convenient. The home is situated well in a quiet neighborhood, and is close to a bus stop, the Asakusa and Ginza train lines, and has a good number of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Checking in and out was simple, and Yoshi even allowed us to store our luggage for a couple hours after checkout time since we had later flights. I am very happy with my stay!

We had a great time at this house. It gave the four of us plenty of room and the kids liked the interesting playroom on the first floor. Large parking spot for Tokyo, which we did not utilize but looked nice. Communication was great and clear pictures from Shibuya station was very helpful. It was convenient to have Life market, such a short distance away. Shibuya station was perfect location to start our daily tour of the city. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Great communication throughout. Was even given good restaurant recommendations. Air-conditioning worked very well. Generally nice hosts. Would recommend to anyone who is visiting Tokyo, and wants extra amenities and space.

Yasu was the most thoughtful host! He kindly came to pick us up from the station and was so helpful with recommendations and information. There are adult bikes available to use. When we asked Yasu, where we could rent a bike for our 6 year old, he bought one for him! Our son was over the moon and loved cycling around. We explored many parks, and we didn’t cover all of them. I can highly recommend the Traffic Park, for kids. They have bikes and go-carts for the kids(for free). The house is really lovely, spacious and comfortable. Our son, had the room downstairs. He loved the mini foosball table, and having a huge room all to himself. There were welcome snacks and the fridge was packed with food and fruit! The location was also terrific for getting around. We loved it here, and would definitely come back again!

We stayed three weeks at Asakusa. We loved the place and the location. Our host was very nice and he was giving a lot of information. We want to visit again.

Fantastic place to stay! There was so much wonderful thought put into all the little things around the house, from the decorations to the numerous amenities. We greatly appreciated all the details, as well as the comfortable, clean home as a whole. We loved the spacious living room for us to all hang out after a long day of traveling, enough for all 6 of us to stay. The walk to station was short and easy, and the area around was peaceful. Fun things things to do near by like Karaoke. Our host was very friendly, quick to respond, and super helpful! Would highly recommend staying here, thank you very much!

Staying at Kaz’s place was a very nice experience. Located near the Tokyo Skytree, it was the perfect base for exploring the streets of Sumida City.

This place was amazing. K was very helpful from the start and even met us at the station to walk us to the place and give us a run down on how everything works. He was very friendly and reassured us that we could contact him any time. Very good location, walkable distance to restaurants, cafes and convenience stores, as well as a train station which was only 5-10 minutes away from major cities. The place was very clean, and catered well to our group of 4 people. The amenities were great, and a standout for us was how comfortable the bedding was. We really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place in Tokyo, we would definitely come here again!

The house was absolutely spotless! It was easy 10-12mins walking distance from Ikebukuro station. 7/11 and shopping malls nearby. Though the house was tiny, I suppose that's the tokyo standard, but cleverly decorated & organized. easily felt at home.

Fantastic place and so close to the train station which we could use the Tokyo Metro Pass with! Lockers are available for luggage storage should guests arrive before check in time!

Host was very responsive, and listing matched descriptions and pictures in the listing. The unit is 3 min walk from train station, which is really convenient. Host explained how to use all appliances. Quick response from host whenever we ask any questions. Would highly recommend this place!!

Superb stay in Shimokitazawa. We really loved the area (enough going on but not as mental as Shibuya). The apartment was a great base for a few days and the tub was a bonus. Thanks, would stay again ⭐️

We really enjoyed Aileen’s place for the 6 nights we stayed and we really found the Nakano station very convenient being on the Chuo Rapid line we could get to Shinjuku in 5 minutes. And from there we had several connecting lines to travel anywhere within Tokyo. The space in the apartment was lavish compared to the cramped Tokyo hotel rooms and we could easily have all our luggage in the living room. The deck was an added bonus as it has some spectacular sunset views. Overall a wonderful place to be in a quiet area but close to the action.

Stayed with four people, but felt the accommodation was spacious especially for Tokyo standards. The host was very responsive and very accommodating!
