**IMPORTANT** There is ongoing construction in several areas around my house. The building next to my house is under construction from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. There is also bridge painting work happening from 8:30 AM (usually starting at 9:00 AM) to 6:00 PM. Additionally, there is a construction site across the river, working from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM. The apartment is on the east side of Tokyo since 1969. It is Japanese Quiet residential area a little old apartment. 6min to subway station from Apartment. Shinjuku, Shibuya, Roppongi is about 50 minutes by subway. Make sure to confirm the location of the apartment and make a reservation.

The apartment is in a residential area so you can sleep peacefully and sleep at night. Please refrain from eating, drinking, or smoking on the balcony.
