Monthly Rentals in Chunchula

Upon arrival, we appreciated the secure coded gate. Kathleen and Russell warmly welcomed us at the condo and provided the keys. They live in the area and Kathleen's enthusiasm showed she loves where she lives. The condo was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully stocked with snacks, local cupcakes, and beverages. The kitchen had all the necessary cookware, along with both a Keurig and a regular coffee maker. My daughter found the sofa bed comfortable, and the Vizio smart TV with streaming apps and reliable Wi-Fi was a bonus. The bedroom featured a cozy bed with extra pillows and blankets, while the spotless bathroom had everything we might need. There was also a washer and dryer. This is definitely our new spot!

This place itself was perfect for us. The only downside (and this was MY FAULT) was I didn’t realize it was upstairs. We are an older group and it was a little rough going up and down. BUT this place was near everything you could need. It was very quiet, clean and comfortable. We had a great time during our stay.

Susan was great to communicate with. There were some concerns addressed but ultimately resolved in a positive manner. We travel a lot for work and appreciate good communication

Stayed here to see my girlfriend for a week and it was a very nice place. The tub was very relaxing. We had a great time!
