Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Chula Vista

We were reluctant to write a review because we kind of didn't want anyone but us to know how fabulous this place is! :) It's absolutely dreamy and everything the pictures and descriptions promise. Great location, lovely, quiet neighborhood, the apartment is thoughtfully laid out and beautifully decorated, relaxing vibe... even a private patio! What else can we say? It. Is. Perfect! Baker's place was very clean. The house felt cozy, and inviting. Everyone in our family enjoyed the house and the views. Baker, eventhough traveling internationally, still responded to my messages as if he were right next door. Baker and the hosts are extremely polite and answered all of our questions. We felt as if we had lived there for years. One can tell that they have placed enormous amount of time and energy in their project. I can truly appreciate their effort! Thank you again for making our family experience memorable!!

We stayed at Zeina and Mo's place for one week with our East Coast and West Coast children and grands--6 adults and 6 children in all from ages 2-12. We could not have been more pleased. The house was meticulously clean and was spacious enough for all. The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed to prepare meals at home. An added plus was an outdoor grill under a cabana like space with a table for 6 and outdoor counter to provide additional seating. The pool is larger than it appears in the pictures on the web site. The whole outdoor space was clean and welcoming and proved to be a center piece of our stay. There were plentiful and soft towels for bathing and the pool. Zeina and Mo were promptly responsive to any questions or concerns we had. We left with many fond memories of our week together, in large part due to to how comfortable and pleasant we felt about our stay was at Zeina and Mo's house.

We got in super late for a short stay, but the space was clean, charming, and very easy to access even late at night. TV was a great size too, and had all the necessary streaming services. Plenty of coffee pods were a perk! Brita with water full in fridge. Overall we didn't really want for anything, it was nice.

The Ranch 165 was the perfect setting for our family celebration! We were celebrating a college graduation and had guests visiting from out of state, so finding a space that was both beautiful and comfortable was important — and this home exceeded all expectations. It’s spacious, thoughtfully designed, and perfect for gathering and making memories. Kariza was incredibly responsive, and Indira was gracious and welcoming during our stay. We’re so grateful for the experience and would absolutely stay again!

Great place. Private and quiet. Perfect when traveling with older kids, got the upstairs apartment all to themselves. Small but extremely comfortable, has everything you need. The property is beautiful and well taken care of. The basketball goal was perfect for the family. Pool was clean. I 💯 would stay here again. Owner had great communication.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home is so unique and inviting. The gardens are so beautiful and we enjoyed watching the variety of birds, while having coffee, in the sunroom each morning. The neighborhood was excellent for walks. There is even a local neighborhood restaurant/bar. We didn't get to enjoy the hot tub, but appreciated having it.

The apartment was perfect, cozy, and had any amenity we could have needed, in a great neighborhood. Kaitlin was very helpful, had a guide to make things easier, and was super responsive and kind! Would absolutely stay again.

Fantastic place to stay with a large group, and a great location! Cheap lyfts to the gas lamp and airport. Right by Balboa Park and walkable to several wonderful restaurants. The apartments were very clean and had all amenities we'd need. The hosts were very organized. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay at Laura’s place! It was an awesome location! We loved the vibe and the at home feel. Everything we needed was provided. Beds were super comfortable, and the entire place was very clean. Having a parking space was also very convenient! Laura was really attentive to any questions, and I can tell that the comfort level of her guests matters to her. Would definitely stay here again!

This place was great, my family and I had an amazing trip and my kids thought it was magical to be able to walk to the beach. The neighborhood was peaceful and close to a lot of amenities. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. We loved our stay and will definitely be going back. 10 out of 10 will be recommending.

Very comfortable place and accessible to many places

I really loved staying here. I would definitely stay here again. close to the beach and food place nearby. The only thing I wish they would change is the couches. They are not very comfortable for relaxing in after a long day. I loved the patio area I opened the door any enjoyed the weather. The only AC unit is in the living room but they do have fans in both rooms.

We had a great stay! It was close to the beach and easy to walk to restaurants and coffee shops. Bradley was very responsive and helpful!

This home was perfect for our intergenerational family gathering. There was space (and enough bathrooms) to accommodate all of us without being in each other's way but also being able to gather in our larger family group when needed. The location with views of the mountains was relaxing and reenergizing for the holiday with family members coming from all over. Although there were various spaces throughout the house, the kitchen area was a definite gathering space and accommodated well for people to be together and doing different things: cooking and preparing a meal, sitting and chatting, working on a laptop, reading in the family room not too far away. I appreciated the communication prior, throughout, and after our stay.

Our extended family enjoyed a wonderful stay at this beautiful, clean, and well-equipped AirBnb. The AirBnb is thoughtfully designed with lots of lux features. It is conveniently located close to activities around the area and had everything we needed to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The family enjoyed the pool, sauna, gym, and spacious kitchen and living areas — something for everyone! It was super helpful to have access to a washer and dryer and we noticed there were high chairs, a pack and play, and a stroller for those with younger kids. We highly recommend!

Phenomenal stay! The backyard had so many amenities to enjoy - space heaters for chilly nights, firewood for a real fire, jacuzzi, nice pool. It had several different areas to enjoy… lawn games like corn hole and bocci ball. Hosts are incredibly accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay. It was so so wonderful. Thank you so much

Beautiful property and surroundings. Loved all of the plants and fruit trees around the property! The pool and hot tub were well kept and we had a blast! We were a big group, I loved how many lounge areas this property had. We never felt cramped or like we didn’t have space/chairs for everyone. Beds were super comfortable - way more comfortable than you usually expect at a rental. The host was super responsive and it seemed like they had thought of everything!

This home exceeded all my expectations! Everything was perfect for a group - from plentiful towels and outlets, lots of seating, VERY clean and super cozy! - This house is so beautifully decorated, and the backyard is amazing! Just the perfect place to be with family and friends. Sebastien provided very detailed and clear instructions, was very responsive and friendly. Liam and Mia were lovely! They were very communicative and responsive to all my inquiries before and during our stay. The place was immaculate and everything exceeded our expectations. The airbnb was spotless and Jacqueline was a perfect host. She was very attentive with anything that was needed and check in was a breeze. The location of the airbnb was within perfect distance of everything in San Diego. Honestly couldn’t ask for anything better. This place was great!! Had a bachelor party with 12 dudes and everyone had a bed or cot to sleep on. Pool and hot tub were perfect and the landscaping was well done. The property in general felt pretty remote as well, which helps with privacy. Overall we were happy with the place and would recommend
