Newly custom remodeled home that we almost moved in ourselves! We are close to some great breweries and restaurants on Third ave, and 10 minutes from San Diego proper. Enjoy being close to everything you want to be close to, but far enough to feel the quiet. Our home is in a family friendly area that we also live near, and suitable for 2 people all the way up to 8 if you want to cram in (there is only one bathroom). The yard is private and nice.
