Vous êtes proches de sites touristiques incontournables : Charroux, Vichy, Vulcania, ou encore des activités en pleine nature (randonnée, balades à cheval, canoë-kayak).

Four generous ensuite rooms full of French vintage charm and elegant decor, spacious open-plan sitting room and kitchen and a large terrace with garden views. A perfect escape with family or friends in the bucolic countryside of Auvergne, between the Foret des Colettes and the Sioule gorges. This apartment "Le Puy-de-DÔME, located on the ground floor, offers 61 m² of modern comfort. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, fridge, induction hob, oven, microwave, Senseo, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all necessary utensils. The kitchen is open to a bright living room with TV and a large bay window overlooking a private terrace of 15 m² with direct access to the garden. We also have a 2nd accommodation on the 1st floor.

Quiet house / pool / sauna / unobstructed view!

In the Sioule Gorges, about 500 meters from the river. Quiet, in its green setting. No neighbors nearby. The cottage is independent of the owners' home. It is an old house tastefully renovated: parquet, exposed stones, exposed framework. Beautiful view. It has a covered terrace, access to the (unheated) swimming pool from June to September. The sauna (wood-fired) is accessible all year round and promises you perfect moments of relaxation.

Typical Auvergne bread oven with breakfast

You will be staying at the "Clos des Murets", a former independent bread oven completely renovated in 2020, part of a 2500 m2 property. It includes a main room serving as a living room equipped with a sofa bed (140 cm bed) and a second bedroom (160 cm bed), a travertine bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower and a toilet. A spiral staircase will take you to the large bedroom with exposed stone. Breakfasts can be taken on the terrace.

"La Retirance" Quiet country house

"La Retirance" (the dwelling in Bourbonnais dialect) is a renovated country house located in Bourbonnais, offering peace and tranquility with a vast plot of 2000 m², ideal for relaxing moments. The land is bordered by hedges, which clearly delineates the space, but monitoring is recommended if you are coming with a dog. Easily accessible thanks to its proximity to the A71 highway. It consists of 3 bedrooms accessible only by stairs.

Our Malmouche property is located in a small hamlet, surrounded by nature, on the heights of the Sioule Valley, in the heart of the Combrailles, 15 minutes from the A71 (Paris) and A89 (Bordeaux) highways, 55 minutes from the Vichy city SNCF train station, 1 hour from Clermont-Ferrand airport.
