Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Chorto

Had a lovely stay in Giovanni”s home. Thank you for sharing your home. It is very Greek and quirky. The location is perfect. Lovely restaurants and bars nearby. The bus service is amazing and such good value. We travelled to Panormos and fell in love with the beach there. Went on a boat trip and climbed the steps to Mamma Mia’s famous chapel. Well worth the visit. Had a lovely holiday and will definitely be coming back to Skopelos.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in der Unterkunft. Es war sehr ruhig und alles wie beschrieben. Es gibt einen riesigen Außenbereich und wir konnten drinnen ein wenig heizen, als es kühler wurde. Ein paar Meter zu Fuß weg, konnten wir gut das Auto parken. Die Waschmaschine war für uns auch sehr praktisch. Wir würden es jederzeit weiterempfehlen!

Къщата беше много добре обзаведена и просторна, оборудвана със всичко необходимо. Намира се на много тихо и спокойно място сред природата, но в същото време много близо до таверни, супермаркети и автобусна спирка. На 10мин пеша от прекрасен плаж залив Troulos. Мария е изключително любезен домакин, комуникацията беше перфектна и през цялото време се грижеше добре за престоя ни. Благодарим и бихме се върнали отново! Препоръчваме за пълноценен престой на острова, в близост е и до най-живописните плажове! Подходяща и за семейства с домашни любимци, тъй като има голям двор с красива и поддържана градина и няколко веранди. Благодарим, Мария!

Sehr hübsches Häuschen, renoviert mit Liebe zum Detail. Sehr gut ausgestattet, schön mit der Terrasse und kleinem Balkon und sehr gute Lage. Man kann das Häuschen sogar ohne Treppen erreichen. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Υπέροχη τοποθεσία, γαλήνιος, ξεκούραστος και ζεστός χώρος, το χωριό ήσυχο κι αυθεντικό. Απολαύσαμε τον κήπο, την θέα, τους περιπάτους στο βουνό και στη θάλασσα. Πολύ άνετη κι ανθρώπινη επικοινωνία με την Ιωάννα!

A hidden jewel with two real Super-Hosts! Our hosts met with us at the local church and guided us to the house. - It was a very warm welcome and the four of us felt immediately like at home. The house is designed with love, well furnished with an eye for details and well-equipped. All the essentials were already been taking care of and we missed not a single thing. The charming house and the lovingly created garden are a perfect hideaway. - A garden with plenty of room for kids to play and parents to relax. They have a stylised beetroots with vegetables, herbs and fruits of al kind and multiple toys to spent time with. We really enjoyed our stay and the house, surrounding, and our cordial hosts exceeded our expectations. We definitely will get back!

We loved our stay at Blue Heaven Villa. I find myself still dreaming of beautiful Skopelos & wishing we were still there. We had 2 weeks in Greece starting off in Athens then taking a train, cab & a ferry to Skopelos where Anna met us at the port to pick us up w/ our luggage. Anna gave us a tour of their beautiful home & answered any questions. She left us with homemade treats made by her mother. Loved that! She messaged me 1/2 way thru our trip to check on us & visited with us our last night with the sweetest send off! The location of the home was perfect & even though we had a rental car to see the entire island (best way to see all the beaches & other towns), we still walked in to town every night. It was perfect. That alone will be a memory I’ll forever cherish w/ my kids. So many great restaurants & shops within walking distance & things are open late. Just be prepared for a steep walk home but it’s worth it. We loved Blue Heaven Villa & hope to stay there again. 💙

Despina was a fabulous host she gave us so much information regarding the island and where to go she helped us with restaurants, with the boat hire and she was there for our every need and nothing was too much trouble!! She text my husband most days to check we were happy and everything was ok! Which of course it was as the Villa was beautiful and peaceful. We loved the private beach which you could access from the garden down some steps which took about five minutes or so. We would definitely stay here again and we also loved Skiathos! We had a lovely time in this beautiful place. The house was clean and comfortable, the swimming pool amazingly refreshing and the location ideal, since you can walk to the beach and various beach bars - but still very peaceful. The hosts are friendly but discreet and happy to offer info. All in all a great summer experience!

Rena’s place is amazing, just as in the photos. We were two families with 3 kids each, and we all had a lovely time. We enjoyed the pool, game room, tennis court and basketball. The kitchen is well equipped. There are many restaurants, beaches and a supermarket 10 min drive. But it is hard to leave the house and pool :) Note that the room upstairs is in a cool comfortable attic but requires climbing a ladder that is not easy for some ages.

The Villa completely lives up to its description and is simply wonderful. The views are terrific in all directions. The house is very well-equipped and very comfortable. The pool is perfect. And, of course, Katarina is very welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed a very relaxing visit and wished we had booked for longer.

Christoforos was very kind and helpful at check in and available to message throughout the trip if we needed any information. One of the best hosts we’ve had. The villa is super clean and has got a lot of character as is decorated with very traditional furniture. The outside alone is worth booking this villa- it is absolutely breathtaking and the loungers by the pool are perfect. If you’re looking for somewhere as a retreat and to really relax in peace away from everyone then this is the place. You can park around 100m away from the house and a scenic walk down to the property. I will be returning to this place for sure- it felt like a home at the end of our week. We especially loved Portaria for food and the evening vibe and it is only a 12 minute drive from the property. I would also recommend a small car for Pelion as the roads are quite thin and tight. Overall this place is amazing value for money and we miss it already!

We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage. Very beautiful location with fabulous views, and the cottage was very nicely furnished with plenty of space. Sally was an excellent host, lots of helpful suggestions as to things to do and restaurants to visit, all of which enhanced our holiday. Skopelos is a stunningly beautiful island, and we definitely plan to return!

Πολύ όμορφο σπίτι. Είμαστε μια 5μελής οικογένεια και κοιμηθήκαμε άνετα. Υπάρχει άφθονη θέρμανση είτε με λέβητα υγραερίου είτε με την ξυλόσομπα που παρέχει συντροφιά τα βράδια. Η οικοδέσποινα είχε προνοήσει για όλες τις ανάγκες μας φρυγανιές, μέλι, καφές εσπρέσσο και γαλλικός. Το μόνο μειωνεκτημα το οποίο δεν ευθύνεται η οικοδέσποινα είναι ότι δεν υπάρχει πόσιμο νερό μετά τις πλημμύρες το 2024. Κατά τα άλλα όλα ήταν άψογα.

Wir haben wunderbare 10 Tage hier verbracht. Die Lage ist perfekt für jeden der morgens gerne zu Fuß zum Bäcker geht und gleichzeitig absolute Ruhe und Privatsphäre schätzt. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht, um sich wie zu Hause zu fühlen. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und man kann sich bequem selbst versorgen. Kochen, backen, grillen, alles kein Problem. Der Pool ist zwar recht klein aber sehr schön zum Abkühlen und Abhängen. Außerdem hat man vom Pool sowie zwei der drei oberen Schlafzimmer einen wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer. Für ausgiebiges Schwimmen sind die schönsten Strände der Insel im Umkreis von zehn Kilometern mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Haris war ein sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber und hat immer blitzschnell auf unsere Fragen reagiert. Wer Natur und das Meer liebt, liegt hier richtig.

This is a wonderful place. It’s small and cozy and nice and warm for winter. There are two bedrooms, and a couple of beds also in the living room area. The host was very communicative, and his assistant, Hará, was very kind and helpful. We are very close to town and all the lovely restaurants. The furnishings are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for cooking. I would definitely stay here again. Αυτό είναι ένα υπέροχο μέρος. Είναι μικρό και άνετο και ωραίο και ζεστό για το χειμώνα. Υπάρχουν δύο υπνοδωμάτια και δύο κρεβάτια επίσης στο σαλόνι. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν πολύ επικοινωνιακός και ο βοηθός του, Χαρά, ήταν πολύ ευγενικός και εξυπηρετικός. Είμαστε πολύ κοντά στην πόλη και σε όλα τα υπέροχα εστιατόρια. Τα έπιπλα είναι άνετα και η κουζίνα είναι καλά εξοπλισμένη με όλα όσα χρειάζεστε για το μαγείρεμα. Σίγουρα θα έμενα εδώ ξανά.

We absolutly loved staying here! It beeing right next to the airport and only 7min by car to the city or 30min by foot was super practical. Matoula and Spiros were the best hosts we ever had - they were superfriendly, had great recommendations and even brought us homecooked food over several times which was absolutly delicious. If we ever go back to Skiathos we will definitly stay there again!

We had a wonderful stay at Marc's place in Skiathos. The apartment is modern, spacious and the view from the apartment and terrace is truly amazing. Furthermore it is located close to Skiathos town but we recommend renting scooters or car for the sake of convenience. Marc is a super helpful, hospitable and nice host who went beyond his means to make us feel welcome and accommodated. Our warmest recommendations!

Casa molto carina e confortevole, su due piani e mezzo, nella parte di Lavkos più riparata dal vento estivo di nord-est. Bene equipaggiata, a pochi metri dalla strada principale ma silenziosissima, con un bello spazio esterno ricco di piante di tutti i generi. L’abbiamo trovata pulita e in ordine. La vista è splendida, siamo in alto, ma il mare è a solo a 6 chilometri. Una settimana incantevole!

Πήγαμε παρέα 10 ατόμων και ο χώρος ήταν απόλυτα καταπληκτικός ,και με βεράντα και με αυλή και με πάρα πολλούς χώρους για ύπνο και για αραγμα!!!

The place is almost too beautiful to be true. Even though Renate wasn't home, we stayed in contact with her. Makrinitsa is nearby and worth the trip! 10/10!

Περασαμε υπεροχα, η τοποθεσια του σπιτιου ειναι ιδανικη και συνδυαζει ησυχια, θεα, προσβαση στην πλατεια σε λιγοτερο απο 10 λεπτά. Το χωριο ειναι σε σημειο οπου μπορει κανεις να επισκεφθεί πολλες διαφορετικες τοποθεσιες. Ο ιδιοκτητης ηταν πολυ φιλικος και γενναιόδωρος. Το σπιτι ηταν πεντακαθαρο, δροσερο και με ανετους χωρους. Το μπανιο ειναι καινούργιο και οι ηλεκτρικές συσκευές απολυτα λειτουργικές. Η κυρια Ειρηνη φροντισε να προνοησει για πολλα και να περιποιηθει το σπιτι αψογα. Επισης μας βοηθησε προθυμα με συμβουλες και ιδεες οταν της το ζητησαμε. Η αυλη ειναι ευρυχωρη, .με γκριλ και σημεια με σκια ολη την ημερα. Προσφέρεται για καταπληκτικες ιδιωτικές στιγμες χαλαρωσης αλλα και για διασκεδαστικες ωρες με παρεα. Ταξιδευοντας με αυτοκίνητο χρειάζεται να παρκαρει κανεις γυρω στα 100 μετρα πριν το σπιτι και να συνεχίσει περπατώντας. Αυτο ομως προσφερει την πολύτιμη ησυχια και αξιζει σίγουρα τον κοπο! Ανυπομονούμε για την επόμενη φορά!

We loved staying st Anna's Cottage. It is beautiful, welcoming and has an authentic feel that we loved. We especially enjoyed sitting in the vast garden and enjoying the quiet and the spectacular view. The village is somewhat off the beaten path, so if you're looking for a quiet, not too touristic, vacation, this is a great option for you. Thank you, Anna!
