It is a calm and peaceful place. Prinos I Studio shares its courtyard with the Prinos II Loft House with a discreet separation and is ideal for couples. The space is also suitable for renting both houses as one, by two friendly couples or a group of friends who are looking for a house with 4 to 5 beds.

Promyri is located in the southern part of the peninsula, at the northern foothills of Mount Mavro Vouno at an altitude of 128 meters. It is about 55 km from Volos and about 15 km from Argalasti. It is a stone-built village and the main road bypasses the village, so that it is quiet and there is no traffic.
