Наша дача находиться в Совиньоне, на улице Болгарской Пляж в пяти минутах ходьбы Дом в 3-х уровнях со всеми удобствами, горячей водой и своим двориком 5 минут пешком до бесплатного пляжа возле Авроры, есть место для парковки во дворике Всего у нас три уровня. На первом: большая гостиная с диваном, кухня, обеденная зона, санузел. На втором: детская комната с двухъярусной кроватью, санузлом и выходом на террасу. На третьем уровне: спальня с большой кроватью, санузлом и выходом не террасу.

A comfortable cottage 50 metres from the beach

Комфортабельний сучасний двоповерховий котедж, кооператив Сокіл, біля самого моря, до пляжу 50 метрів - 1 хвилина пішки, спуск пологий, зручно з маленькими дітками і літнім особами. 4 спальні + вітальня/кухня, 2 санвузли. Будинок має свою огорожену територію (2 сотки землі). Місце для 2 авто. Зона барбекю, тераса з великим столом, невеличкий чилаут. Все потопає в зелені.Поруч знаходиться магазин зі всім необхідним, в також рибний магазинчик. Ну а все інше і навіть більше є в Чорноморську.

Welcome to a cozy 2-story house in Arcadia. Closed, territory with a garden (shared with the owners' house, see photo). Just 3-5 minutes walk - and you are at the sea. Nearby there is a shelter in the complex Kadorr - 150 m. 1st floor - full kitchen, bathroom, 2nd floor - spacious large sunny room (no doors), shower, place to work. Fast wi-fi, parking. Ideal for couples, solo travelers, couples with kid, those who appreciate the atmosphere of comfort, silence, greenery and walks to the sea.

Lovely private two bedrooms spacious house for a family and friends getaway. The large kitchen includes all you need for meal preparation. There is a Queen bed, two single, and a convertible bed; combo shower/toilet; TV, washer, air conditioner in the house; an outdoor table next to house. Free parking. BBQ and outdoor swing are shared. There is another house on the territory in which the owners live. Friendly dogs live on the land, won't cause discomfort.
