A family of five can comfortably function on 24m2 with 38m2 of living space. The structure is a wooden building for permanent living, including hot water, infrared heating, air conditioning. The house is located in a quiet village and in a cul de sac. You can enjoy a pleasant stay without city distractions. Outside there is a covered and lighted porch with a grill and smoker, which all located in a fenced yard, where you can enjoy a pleasant evening while roasting sausages or grilling meat. The house has a newly remodeled attic with six beds although after agreement wih the owner extra matraces may be added on the floor.
