Beautiful small apartment for up to 4 people in a prefabricated house near the historic center of Hradec Králové and Šimkovy sady. The apartment has outdoor blinds, a very comfortable raised bed for 2 on which you can relax beautifully. Kitchen, which offers everything you need for cooking and a living room with a large TV, armchairs and a sofa (cannot be unfolded), but you can sleep on it, plus you can use a folding mattress. In the bathroom you will find a bathtub, washing machine and dryer. A big advantage is free parking in front of the house. Looking forward to your visit :)

A large apartment (45m2), a double bed 180x200, a sofa bed for two children or one adult, so it can be used for up to 3-4 people in total. Free Wi-Fi, large TV with YouTube and Netflix. The apartment is on the third floor of three (caution, we do not have an elevator). But we have air conditioning, so you will fall asleep in comfort on a place with a history of several hundred years.

The two rooms are newly refurbished and include a private kitchen and bathroom with a big luxurious shower. The whole unit is accessable over the stairway of the house. In summertime, You are invited to have a barbecue in the garden and to jump into the pool. It is also possible to rent bikes from the landlord. The flat is located nearby the historical center.

The house has a newly remodeled attic with six beds although after agreement wih the owner extra matraces may be added on the floor.
