Ferns place was exactly as described, extremely homely and comfortable. The location was perfect. With bus and train station very close by it met all our needs. We cannot recommend this home and host enough. My parents lived in London in the 80’s for a while for work, but haven’t been able to get back to visit until now. We were all quite comfortable in this home. The garden is lovely, it is quiet, and looked like the pictures. The location was lovely. Simple to get to Ealing Broadway station and then into all parts of London. Safe, easy-going neighborhood with cute shops/restaurants around the corner. I’m pretty sure we ate at the bakery each morning before catching the bus. Sally was a kind and attentive host. She answered questions before our trip and responded quickly with any questions during the trip. Highly recommend if you are looking for a peaceful, convenient stay.

We enjoyed our stay so much! This place is in a wonderful neighborhood - close to everything, but on a quiet charming street. The house is beautiful - clean and organized, with everything you need and no clutter. We appreciated large empty drawers and closets to put away our things, and very clear instructions about how to work everything. The clothes washer/dryer, tea kettle, large TV, and AC unit were nice extra amenities. Danielle was very responsive and helpful. The home is cozy, but with plenty of space for a family of 4. We would definitely book this again next time we are in London and recommend it highly to others!

We ( a family with 4 people) have enjoyed this accommodation. The house is spacious and clean and everything you need is present. The neighborhood is quiet but in walking distance of the metro so a great base to explore London. Naomi is a pleasant host, communication was quick and hassle-free. We would definitely return.

We had a great stay over and Sam was an excellent host in our stopover in London over New Years’. He was extremely responsive before and during our stay; proactive in letting us know about little quirks with the home - it is over 250 year’s old, but has many charming and modern amenities to make it work. The kitchen was well set up and he left us with a few very thoughtful provisions to get through the New Years. The neighborhood really can’t be beat for activity while staying out of the bustle of the heart of London; many great restaurants, shops (if you have kids, I recommend Flying Tiger throughout Europe for fun stuff - one is an 8 minute walk away), and groceries. Transportation is right outside the door. Sam’s home made an excellent home base for our stay in London, much better than staying in a hotel.

We had a lovely time in this house. We were two families with kids and especially enjoyed the spacious house, the comfortable beds and all the things included (everything from boardgames a piano, and kitchen utensils to the very cozy cats). Easy to get into the city center with the northern line, but also plenty of options to eat in and around Tooting market.

Erika was a great host. Always responsive and friendly. The home was clean and well organised, the entry via key code was simple and straightforward and Erika was very accommodating with regard to check-in time.

Wow, what a lovely central spacious flat. I’m so happy I booked to stay at Marco’s. Definitely book it if it’s available. Pros: spacious, great location, comfy, tons of natural light. Cons: none.

I have been using AirBnB for over a decade and this may be the best one I’ve had yet. A beautiful triplex in London, nicely furnished, cute little terrace, all the amenities, quiet but well situated. And Dave is a fantastic host. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful townhouse in Kensington. It’s conveniently located near Earl’s Court Tube station, Kensington High Street, and great restaurants and shops. The charming and quiet neighborhood made for a relaxing retreat after exploring London. The spacious, clean, and stylishly decorated townhouse had a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and multiple bathrooms. Vincenzo, our host, provided clear instructions and was responsive to our questions. The check-in process was smooth, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home. This townhouse was the perfect base for our London adventure. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient place to stay in the city.

An excellent house just off Cheyne Walk in the heart of Chelsea. Rare to find somewhere right in the middle of the most popular locations in London yet totally silent at night. Special thanks to Al who helped me surprise my wife by decorating the house for a very special birthday- she and all of us were delighted. Highly recommended for something authentic and special in Chelsea.

Less than a 5 minute walk from the tube on a quiet tree lined street. Supermarket and coffee shop right next the tube eNterance made for great convenience. The flat was clean and extremely comfortable and we enjoyed eating breakfast in the little courtyard. Beds were really comfortable and flat was spacious by London standards for the three of us. Great communication flexible to allow luggage drop off earlier then check in time. isn’t

A well-appointed three level townhome that would be perfect for 3 to 4 adults The neighborhood is very quiet and easy to access Broadway market and the local parks. The kitchen had everything you would need. The second floor had a very comfortable couch and large TV, which was a great gathering room. On the same floor was a small bedroom that Americans would consider a double bed, but no closet. The bathroom on the second floor had a very beautiful tub but for a shower you had to go use the bathroom on the third floor. This top floor had a very spacious bedroom with expansive closets and a very comfortable bed that in the UK is described as king size but seemed to be more of a queen size for us. During the week we were there, there are some days that were quite hot and the third floor could be 10° higher than the second and first floor. Finally there is a third bedroom on the first floor off the dining room but the mattress was not comfortable. We enjoyed our stay & host’s response.

This is a very happily situated flat if you want to stay in London and have the luxury of walking to almost anything. It was comfortable and well-equipped. We were sorry to leave.

This place is absolutely wonderful. Almost better than the pictures :) Beautiful house in East London close to Victoria park and areas like Dalston, Hackney and Shoreditch. The tube is close, so you can easily get around greater London too. Jonathan and Matt are very helpful and flexible with everything. They gave us loads of really great tips about restaurants, bars and things to do. 10/10, would definitive stay here again.

Splendid house in excellent condition. The best we visited during our 10 day trip around the UK. Quiet neighbourhood, and only the faintest noise despite the short walk to the underground. Garden table and chairs a very welcome plus for a sunny outdoor breakfast. Will definitely try to stay here again if we return to London as a family.

Nadia's house is even better than in the photos. A cozy and very well-equipped place, especially in the kitchen. I was able to quietly prepare Christmas meals for our family. The beds are very soft. Nadia is a very friendly host and responsive to our every question. The small garden is a real plus. Very appreciated: Nadia took care of the steps to be able to park the car in front of the house or almost. The neighborhood is very quiet. Thank You And have a great end of the year

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The place was exceptionally clean, and it was clear that the hosts take great pride in maintaining their property. The location is fantastic—perfectly situated near wonderful restaurants, local shops, and attractions. I loved being able to explore the area easily and still have a cozy retreat to come back to after a long day of sightseeing. The interior of the home is warm and inviting, with lovely decor that made the space feel both stylish and comfortable. All the amenities I needed were available, making my stay even more enjoyable. This beautiful home was a perfect place to stay for my wife and I and 3 teenage grandchildren. The home had everything we needed and is located in a perfect area for enjoying London for a week!

No wonder Ana’s place is a “Guest Favourite”. We’d stay again in a heartbeat. It’s bright, airy and comfortable. Ana has created a beautiful home filled with lovely touches and she’s an incredibly kind and generous host. It’s a great location - quiet but the shops and train station are just around the corner. I stayed with my dog and it was a 10 minute train to Hampstead Heath. Queens Park with more shops, tube station and lovely park (not off-leash for dogs) are a short walk away. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Thanks again, Ana!

Kerim's and Luka's home is lovely and peaceful. Although in the middle of the city one has the feeling of being in a country house. On all three levels the view from the big windows is onto a quiet, romantic square which consists of beautiful, old trees. It's wonderful waking up to the sound of singing birds, then opening the shades and staring into the deep green of tree tops. Kerim is very particular about how you open and close the windows as well as the entrance door. Have no fear, it is quite simple and there is nothing unique about them. Kerim is particular because he loves his home and wants to make sure things are done the way he does them. So please take extra care. The kitchen is well equipt if you desire to prepare your own meals. Just a stone's throw away are restaurants, a pharmacy, bakeries, a supermarket, a wonderful flower shop with beautiful arrangements, which I could not resist :-) and other interesting little shops. What a wonderful area. Walking distance to Arnos Grove tube station. The house was absolutely spotless and I have to give loads of praise to Elena. There was a burst pipe in the area and Thames water shut down the water in the whole neighbourhood. Elena immediately provided us with water and was extremely proactive. Evertime I messaged her she responded almost immediately. I can see why she is a SuperHost. Thank you so much Elena for hosting us. You have a beautiful place. This will be the only place we will stay when in London. 10/10
