The house has many windows and sun in charming position above the village of Maggia overlooking the waterfall of the Valle del Salto, nestled in a tropical garden, fully fenced and with a small swimming pool. Close to the house there is the possibility to swim in the river or at the waterfall. Recommended for people seeking tranquility, hikers and in search for privacy and contact with nature. Located in a quiet location near the village of Cavagnago (1020 meters above sea level), this typical farmhouse of the Leventina Valley offers an incredible view of the majestic mountains that surround it. The farmhouse, an ideal place to spend a relaxing stay immersed in the quiet of Alpine nature, is an excellent base for bouldering in Chironico, Cresciano and climbing in Sobrio, as well as a perfect starting point for wonderful hikes on foot, by bike and winter sports.
