We are partner of a beach club 1,5 km away with a free use of pool for our guests. Pool will be open from 01/06/2025, till Sunday 01/09/ 2025. Closed in case of bad weather.

Recently restored portion of villa sorrounded by a delicious garden, 10 minutes from Venice and really close to Mestre Railway station and bus stop. Located in the residential area of Marghera called "città giardino". Families with children and small pets are always welcome! We speak English, German and Spanish. Internal car parking available. The touristic city tax (€4,00 for each adult per night) is not included in the price and it has to be paid at the check in. Renovated October 2023!!!

We are pleased to welcome you, together with our beloved dog Otto, to our dependance which is part of a nineteenth-century country villa on the way to Venice. The villa is located on the Brenta's Riviera that connects Venice in Padua, surrounded by amazing Palladian's mansions. The accomodation is strategically located: Padua can be easily reached by bus, train, bike or car in less then 15 minutes and Venice is less than half an hour away by train, with the train station 800 meters away.

This detached house is located in Mira, in the province of Venice. It is a quiet and peaceful place, spacious and furnished with style. There is a small garden, patio and whirlpool (only in the summer ). Inside you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay: kitchen with espresso machine, two bathrooms, TV, bedroom with terrace, living room with sofa bed. The house is located in a strategic position: a stop to reach Venice and Padua is about 10 minutes from the house on foot.

The swimming pool is opened during the summer season. As stated in the house rules, one week before your arrival, or less in the case of last-minute bookings, you will be asked to pay €40.00 for linen and for cleaning costs, valid for the entire stay. There is no tourist tax to pay.

Villa Wally si trova in una posizione strategica nella primissima zona fuori dalle mura di Treviso. A 2 minuti e mezzo a piedi dalla stazione dei treni e a 12 minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale della città, raggiungerete Venezia o il centro storico di Treviso in un attimo. La piscina ed il posto auto scoperto nella proprietà non sono ancora finiti a regola d'arte ma sono già utilizzabili. The bathrooms are equipped with a 90x70 shower and equipped with a hairdryer and bath towels. The rooms are equipped with hot or cold air conditioning depending on the season.
