The apartment is located between the city centre and the train station, providing a quiet retreat amidst the bustle.Convenient transportation, within walking distance of the train station and bus station. It takes only 10 minutes by car to reach the historic centre of Venice, and the bus station is only a 4-minute walk away.The surroundings of the apartment are fully equipped: bars, supermarkets, tobacco shops, red wineries, pharmacies, etc.If taking the airport bus, get off at via corso del popolo station and walk 4 minutes to our apartment. Our bathroom provides shampoo, shower gel and hand sanitiser. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking facilities. The property is approximately 80 square metres and has two air conditioners. There is heating in winter. Guests have reported that the accommodation experience is very comfortable!

Prestigious apartment with balcony overlooking the canal a few minutes from Piazza San Marco but in a quiet area. One week before arrival, the ID of only one guest, the payment of the cleaning fee (€50 for the entire group, for the entire stay) and the tourist tax will be requested. Your data is only shared with the Police and the Municipality. There aren't many elevators in Venice: you'll have to climb around 50 steps, but they aren't very steep. I have a place where you can leave your luggage.

My apartment is spacious -140 sq.meters-and bright in an historical palace in the very center of Venice. There is a large double bedroom with its own bathroom , another smaller double bedroom and a single bedroom with a second bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a table where you can have breakfast or meals. In the wide living room there is a table for 6 and 2 large sofas. From here you have access to a nice terrace with table and chairs where you can relax after sightseeing!!!
