It is a cozy and comfortable studio, ideal for couples, simple but nice. It has a kitchenette with a gas grill and a minibar. A small table, two chairs and a stool for eating or working. TV, air conditioning, hot water. With a double bed and a single inflatable mattress in case of 3 people. It's in a downtown area but the street isn't noisy, very quiet to rest after a tiring day of touring and beach. Two blocks from the park and 5 minutes from the beach and 10 from the pier, walking.

It is a cozy and comfortable studio with a well-equipped kitchenette, a purified water jug, ceiling fan, air conditioning, and a queen-size bed. Upon arrival you will be greeted with a plate of seasonal fruit. It has a small terrace with two chairs and a small table. It is located in a two-story building in a garden of tropical trees of the region and has a private entrance. My house is on the property. It is located two to three blocks from the beach and downtown.
