Located within the historic Leoni Palace, dating back to the 14th century, Casa Manina sul Ponte is a luxurious and pictoresque 75 sqm apartment. Positioned at the canal bridge level. The entrance opens up into a very big living area with a canal view where you can sit and basically touch the water while you are enjoying a glass of wine.

There is a typical Venetian mask of the sun embracing the moon in the bedroom, that´s why we called the place Sun&Moon. :)

Si trova nei pressi del campanile con l'orologio mediovale più antico del mondo. Ed è a solo 1 km dalla bellissima spiaggia di Sottomarina. La casa è situata a pochi passi dal parcheggio comunale. Al piano terra potrete trovare la Hall e il deposito per le bici. Gli alloggi sono dotati di molti comfort, tra cui una splendida terrazza al piano superiore.

In the heart of the historical town, in a renovated building: 1st floor, well equipped (fibre WLAN), air conditioning, two bedrooms, bright & quiet sidestreet from the main promenade alley, about 500m from buses or boats to Venice (60/90 minutes to St Mark's square and direct bus from/to Venice airport). Garage for rented bikes. The flat is sanitized with OZONE. I own also a big flat (3rd floor) with terrace on highstreet (best for 6, but up to 8 people, 2 bathrooms).
