The distinctive architecture is a redesign of an old townhouse using modern construction methods and traditional materials. Nearby, about 10 minutes by car, there is Mitsui's Forest, Tateshina Country, and Tateshina Tokyu Golf Course. Fujimi Panorama, Royal Hill, and Twin One Ski Resort are about 20 minutes away by car. It is also an ideal base for climbing at the foot of Yatsugatake. There is also a 7-Eleven, coin laundry and restaurant within a 1-minute walk. JA Pia Midori Supermarket is a 2-minute drive away. Hot springs nearby include Jomon-no-Yu and Shiokama-no-Yu. It is refreshing because of its location at an altitude of 1000 m. The host is always available, so please ask if you have any questions. However, there are no stations or shops within walking distance, so please be sure to come by car.We recommend that you come by car or rent a car from Kayano Station. During the cold season, the living room, dining room, kitchen, sun room, and bathroom are heated by underfloor heating, making it comfortable.You can chop your own firewood and enjoy the wood-burning stove. In the warm season, you can also enjoy BBQing on the large wooden deck in front of the sunroom. There are 2 large supermarkets, within 10 minutes drive, and easy to get food. It can accommodate up to 6 people, including a chic 2-room bedroom and a loft above the living room. There is no TV, so please enjoy a quiet and relaxing stay. The base rate is for one person, including use of the sauna. If you are staying with more than 2 people, we will charge ¥6,000 for each additional person. Please note that children 2 years old and younger stay for free. We recommend coming to the facility by car. Please complete your shopping in the area around the station in advance. Please note that a day-use hot spring facility is located about a 5-minute drive away. In 2026, the sauna will be available from April to the end of November due to freezing temperatures.
