From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and easy. The apartment was calm, clean, and incredibly relaxing. We loved the warm pool, the quiet atmosphere, and the convenience of having parking. It felt like a peaceful retreat in a great location. Would definitely stay again!

La estancia superó mis expectativas: la comunicación con el anfitrión fue rápida y muy amable, la ubicación es inmejorable (cerca de todo y en un barrio tranquilo) y la casa está impecable: limpia, bien equipada y muy cómoda. Sin duda, ¡volvería y lo recomiendo al 100%!

appartement très bien équipé, très propre, avec une vue imprenable. La place de parking est un plus non négligeable. la localisation permet de rayonner facilement sur toute l île. Although the van was quite old and a bit noisy, it did its job very well and we managed to get around the whole island without a hitch. Andrei was very kind and helpful. We recommend it for an authentic adventure in Tenerife!

I've rented Nurias place with a group of friends, stayed there for 7 days and enjoyed every single one of them. It was clean, cozy, there was also an awesome grill and huge terrace upstairs on which we spent most of our evenings. It was a pleasure to talk with Nuria, she was really helpful and kind. I highly recommend this place :)

Logement très bien situé dans une résidence calme. Le village et la cote permettent de faire des balades, tout en offrant bar et restaurants proches. Juanma est très accueillant et attentif. 5 étoiles amplement méritées !

Très bon séjour dans ce logement situé dans une résidence calme et bien entretenue, avec une piscine agréable qui ajoute un vrai plus. L’appartement est propre, fonctionnel et parfaitement équipé, idéal pour se sentir à l’aise dès l’arrivée. Tout est pensé pour le confort des voyageurs. Je recommande ce logement sans hésitation et y reviendrai avec plaisir lors d’un prochain passage.

Las vistas desde el apartamento son espectaculares: amanecimos cada día con el Atlántico en primera fila y, por la noche, dormir con el sonido del mar resultó tremendamente relajador. Aunque el clima matinal no siempre acompañó, despertar contemplando el océano compensó con creces. La descripción del anuncio coincide al 100 % con lo que encontramos y dispone de todo lo necesario para prepararte algo ligero; además incluye un práctico pack playero, así que no necesitas comprar extras. La falta de cobertura móvil ayuda a desconectar, y la fibra es potente para “whasappear”. ¡Gracias, Nazaret, por tu atención y por un check-in/check-out sencillísimos!

Javier was hands down one of the best hosts I’ve ever had the pleasure to stay with. He‘s always quick to reply, caring, friendly and just such a positive person. His apartment features an unmatchable view, basically straight from heaven - you wake up and fall in love with what you see. I‘m also in love with the small details like binoculars to enjoy the view even more. Javier even messages us around the time of arrival, welcoming us, which I think is a really kind gesture and shows that he’s indeed a caring host! He was also quick to provide us some restaurant recommendations :) Parking is totally fine, you park on the street in front of the building - walking distance is between 2-5 minutes depending on how lucky you got while looking for a parking spot. Last but not least, we were also offered to check out late, which perfectly matched our plans :) We’ll 100% come back and stay here again, thank you so much Javier!

Maria przyjęła nas bardzo ciepło, przygotowała poczęstunek, oprowadziła po budynku i pokazała mieszkanie. Mieszkanie ma przygotowane udogodnienia tak, jak byśmy byli u siebie - deska do prasowania, żelazko, parownica, kawa, najpotrzebniejsze przyprawy, szczoteczki do zębów, szlafroki, kapcie, ręczniki. Przepiękny widok z balkonu, wieczorami korzystaliśmy z hamaka i podziwialiśmy zachody słońca. Obawialiśmy się braku klimatyzacji, ale w tej części wyspy nie była w ogóle potrzebna :)

Nous avons passé de nouveau un séjour incroyable dans cet appartement, un cadre magnifique, un confort optimal et une ambiance chaleureuse. Tout était parfait pour des vacances de repos, du confort à l'emplacement Nous envisageons déjà de revenir et nous nous réjouissons à l'idée de revivre de nouveau cette merveilleuse expérience. We had the pleasure of staying at Xavier’s little paradise. If you’re looking for a place where you can find peace and be surrounded by beautiful tropical flora, book this place! The house is very comfortable, with a good mattress and pillows, and everything you need to prepare nice meals. Xavier is an excellent and extremely kind host. We’ll definitely book this place again!

Wir hatten eine traumhafte Zeit in der Villa Ocean. Einen großen Anteil daran hatte Ivan, unser Gastgeber. Immer freundlich, immer erreichbar, immer hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Wir waren mit 8 Erwachsenen in dem sehr großen Haus. Von Terrasse und Pool (besser aufheizen lassen) aus hat man einen traumhaften Meerblick. Die Zimmer sind sehr nett eingerichtet, die beiden oberen Schlafzimmer haben eigene Bäder und Meerblick. Die beiden Zimmer im Erdgeschoss sind bis auf Oberlichter fensterlos und haben ein gemeinsames Bad, was aber völlig unproblematisch war. Drinnen und draußen gibt es je einen großen Esstisch. Die Küche ist mit allem Notwendigen gut ausgestattet. Grill und Bierzapfanlage wurden von uns viel genutzt. Von der nahen Autobahn hört man aufgrund der Lage des Hauses nichts. In der Umgebung gibt viel zu sehen, zu erwandern und zu genießen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt, kommen sicher wieder und empfehlen das Haus UND den Gastgeber!

Our first visit to Tenerife We spent in Meriem's apartment. The apartment is very modern, spacious, well-equipped and located a few meters from the coastline. The place is perfectly connected with the entire island. Parking under the windows. Great communication with the owners of the apartment. Being able to stop here made it very easy for us to visit a large part of Tenerife. The town itself is very quiet and intimate, perfect for tourists seeking peace and contact with the local community. We will come back to the same place!

Uns hat es super gefallen und die Unterkunft war genau wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben. Besonders hervorzuheben möchten wir, dass die Wohnung wirklich sehr sauber war und die Küche gut ausgestattet ist! Poris de Abona ist ein nettes kleines Dorf, mit einem Sand/Kies-Strand und auch einer kleinen Promenade mit Liegeflächen und Badeleitern. Ebenfalls verfügt der Ort über eine gute Anbindung an die Schnellstraße wodurch man einfach die ganze Insel erkunden kann. Hier haben uns die Tipps von Susanna super gefallen und wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Die Terrasse der Wohnung mit Sonnenliegen ist ruhig und gemütlich. Zum Meer sind es zu Fuß ca. 5min. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist auch gleich um die Ecke. Rund um hat es uns sehr gut gefallen, wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sofort wohlgefühlt. Der Ausblick und die Terasse waren unbeschreiblich. Bei Problemen war sofort jemand erreichbar und schnell zur Stelle. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und können dir Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Josh and José are super nice hosts, always responsive and helpful to answer any questions. The house is just as nice and clean as it is in the pictures, can’t love it more. The spot is convenient for going anywhere with a car. Would highly recommend for anyone who wants to visit Tenerife!

3 dingen zijn hier belangrijk 1: de omgeving ideaal voor ons. we zijn 3 generaties mannen die wouden vissen en het eiland verkennen. We konden makkelijk uitstapjes maken van noord naar zuid en hadden een eigen parkeerplek. het is er rustig met een prachtig uitzicht vanuit het appartement over de zee. supermarkt restaurants op 5 min loop afstand. 2: het appartement is heel mooi ingericht met oog voor details het is ook compleet. alles naar wens is aanwezig ook in de keuken. 3: Lucy de host vriendelijk aardig reageerd snel en duidelijk en heeft humor

nous avons un excellent séjour dans l'appartement de Maya. tout était décoré avec goût. la terrasse est très grande, très agréable et la vue magnifique. emplacement de parking dans un garage bien sécurisé. l'accès est très facile et les instructions très claires. tout est pensé pour que le séjour se déroule bien. l'accès à la plage et au très sympatique 70's est facile. nous recommandons vraiment. nous aimerions sincèrement y revenir. l'endroit est idéalement situé pour visiter le parc de la Teide et les villes de La Laguna et de Santa Cruz. il est près de l'aéroport Reina Sofia mais nous n'entendons ni ne voyons aucun avion. quand on arrive fin de journée c'est donc parfait Maya est réactive et accueillante. elle a à cœur que ses hôtes passent un excellent séjour et c'est réussi

die kleine Wohnung war perfekt eingerichtet und liegt tatsächlich direkt am Wasser. Die Nachbarn sind Spanier bzw. Einheimische, was für uns sehr schön war. Schöner Badestrand und 2 Supermärkte, ein Kaffee und ein gutes fmFischrestaurant im Ort und fußläufig sehr kurz zu erreichen. die ganze Wohnung war sehr sauber und auch die Ausstattung war gut durchdacht. eine sehr gut gepflegte Waschmaschine, was für uns bisher nicht selbstverständlich war. tolle schriftliche Kommunikation mit Maria welche immer sehr schnell und hilfreich geantwortet hat vielen Dank dafür. wir freuen uns auf ein nächstes Mal

We had a wonderful stay at Luis Eduardo’s property. Our expectations were exceeded with how homely the apartment felt, it was very clean, and located in a peaceful location. The views from the balcony were stunning, and the apartment was very comfortable. Lots of attention to detail, providing guests with necessary items to make you feel well looked after. Very well stocked kitchen and bathroom, including ingredients for cooking and personal hygiene. We were very happy with our stay and would recommend this property to anyone wishing to visit the local area. Thank you! 😊
